Repairing of Monoblock pump set of capacity (12000 gph x 44 mtrs head) Installed at Intake Kishanpur by way of dismantling the monoblock pump set from the base frame and segregate the motor cover, stator, rotor, from the pump . Repairing the rotor by way of welding turning, polishing and making bearing size. Replaced the damaged bearings 6307 1 no & 6308 1 no., impeller 1no, packing bush 1 no., packing gland 1 no. Filing the grease and grease packing to proper size as per requirement of site condition and replaced damage studs, nuts, bolts etc . Job includes assemble the pump set and test on no load and full load at site. Job includes cost of material and labour charges.
Repairing of (10000 gph x 220 mtr head) HC pump set installed at F/P cum p/s Kishanpur by way of dismantling the pump from the base frame. Providing/ fitting of neck rings 12 nos., body bushes 12 nos. Impeller new 6no,s, bearing bracket 2nos., bearing N 306 2 nos., thrust plate set 1 nos., packing bushes 2no,s,packing glands 2no,s.Repairing of pump shaft by way of welding, turning & polishing and making bearing size. impeller 6no,s and replacement of damage packing studs, bolts, nuts etc, job including fabrication/repairing of coupling pulley set along with replacement of coupling bolts along with bushes. Job includes cost of material and labour charges.
