Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Single pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying of one number XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed with galvanised round steel wire or steel srtip armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 Kv grade of following size conforming to IS 1554 (Part-I) 1988 amended upto date.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing DWC/ RCC / HUME / METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. Conforming to IS 16203 ( Part 24 ), 2018 ( Old IS 14930, Part 2,2001 ) , complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of one number Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe of ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. Conforming to IS 16203 ( Part 24 ), 2018 ( Old IS 14930, Part 2,2001) following size on wall surface as required.

50 mm dia (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the open surface as required.

Demolishing cement concrete/ bituminous road manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (7m X 0.3m X 0.2m) trench

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Supplying and laying of G.I Pipe 50 mm (Medium Class) in the existing trench complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of following pole onload changeover Switch.

Providing Earthing with safe earthing electrode of galvanization 80 to 100 microns length 2000 mm, outer dia 80 mm, inner dia 38.5 mm and inner space to be filled with crystaline conuctive mixture including filling - up with electrodite (Back fill Compound) as required for safe earth electrode and provoding masonary enclosure with cover plate haveing locking attagement etc. as required. (Similar to ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing or equivalent)
