Supply & fixing of heavy duty fully automatic motorized rolling shutter 1 mm thick GI laths sheet mounted on specially design 5 inches pipe shaft with rolling ball bearing system and heavy duty GI top cover for rolling shutter & side fixing MS channel & 35x35x5 mm angle iron with lock plate & extra for providing of heavy duty grill made of 8mm dia MS bar approximately 1 feet as per site requirement along the entire width of shutter with one or more coat of primer & two or more coat of enamel paint (without motor and automated system) etc complete as required.

Supply & fixing of heavy duty fully automatic motorized rolling system with side mounted motor (Make: Elero / Came / Somphy / Neesa) suitable to operate with single phase, 220 volt 50 Hz, AC Supply, lifting height 6 Mtr., Lifting force capacity 600 Kg. Suitable for all weather condition precisely open & close, strong power & low noise, safety break, up & down switch, shaft clutch & automatic system with inbuilt manual SS chain pully system mounted on the GI rolling shutter complete with remote control, lockable, SS control box as reqd.

Fabricating, supply and fixing of wiremesh fancing made out of 40mm X 40mm X 5mm thick angle iron in outer frame and in between MS T-iron 40x40x5mm at 1 meter each (length x width) with MS wiremesh (75x25 mm) of 7.75 kg/sq. mtr. etc. i/c grouting in 1:2:4 RCC foundation / fixing at site in the shape of panel jointing with each other with the help of nut bolt / welding as required. and welding the MS strip of size 25x3 mm (NS) to support the wiremesh along the angle and Tee edges i/c making suitable hinged type and with locking arrangement entry door of similar members i/c painting etc as per the directions of Engineer-in-charg etc as required.

Dismantling of existing rolling shutter of approximate 70 sq.ft size from installed position with the help of welding machine and manual labour, i/c repairing the damaged surface to match with existing surface i/c buy back of old shutter etc complete as reqd.
