Construction of Cement Concrete Road From Mines Entrance and Exit to Main Road With Proper Drainage System at BOM

• i) The Tenderer should have successfully completed Civil job(s) involving Building Works / RCC Drains/ Cement Concrete Road/ RCC retaining wall/ Culvert of the values given below in any Govt Organization/ PSU/ Public Limited Company during last 07 (Seven) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited.

a) At least three (3) works as mentioned above, of the value not less than Rs 83.60 lakhs each.

OR

b) At least two (2) works mentioned above, of the value not less than Rs 104.50 lakhs each.

OR

c) At least one (1) works mentioned above, of the value not less than Rs 167.19 lakhs each.

ii) Additionally the bidder should have executed RCC work of minimum 200 Cum in any single job.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility:

a. Copy of Work order / Contract Agreement/ Acceptance of Tender/ Purchase Order issued by the employer in the name of the tenderer.

b. Job Completion certificate/ Commissioning Certificate/ Final Acceptance Certificate issued by the employer for work/ works.

c. A notarized copy of a certificate from the executing authority or documentary evidence of payment/execution in support of above sl no- (ii).

d. Contact person’s name, e-mail id, and mobile/telephone no. of the client.

• The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2024 should not be less than Rs. 62.70 Lakhs. Net worth of the bidder should be positive as per the Audited annual accounts in the latest financial year ending 31st March 24.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the financial eligibility:-

a) Copies of Audited annual financial reports/Turnover certificate/ Balance sheet and Profit & Loss account for the last three consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2024 i.e. FY- 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24.

- The turnover certificate and the audited profit and loss account certified by the CA members from 01.07.2019 onwards, submitted by bidder in support of the turnover against the eligibility criteria shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
