RequiredRegistration of the Firm / Individual with FSMS-Food Safety Management System and ISO 22000 Certificate (Firm/Individual adheres to strict safety standards and has robust quality control.

RequiredGHMC Trade License/ FSSAI License Number/Importer Exporter License Code.

RequiredFirm with Cold chain Management and Delivery processes will be preferred (for chicken product)

RequiredPAN Card and Aadhar Card.

RequiredLast two years Income tax returns of registered firm or individual.

RequiredLast two years of experience certificate for Chicken, Chicks & Eggs etc., and supply to any Zoo/Government Organization/Agency with IEC License last two years (Copies of proof of experience should be uploaded).

RequiredPreference will be given to firm/individual who have robust quality assurance system and a good tie up with the best of the meat quality testing facility and meat safety certificate provider.

RequiredSelf-declaration of the extent that they have not been blacklisted in any of the organizations.

RequiredLetter towards authorized signatory to sign and& firm having partners.

RequiredTender processing Fee Rs.5,000/-+GST18% (Non- Refundable& Nontransferable) In shape of D.D. in favour of Curator, Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad drawn in any nationalized bank

RequiredTurn over the certificate of the Business not less than Rs.15 lakhs per Annum and which was certified by the charted accountant and enclose the certificate and also the Supplied certificate to Government institution/ other is enclosed.
