COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE (AMC) UPS AT HQ SWC UNDER AGE E/M OF GE JAIPUR

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for 8 Nos. 30 KVA Online UPS systems (Make: APLAB) complete with 32 Nos. batteries of 12V, 65 Ah each, installed at Main Building, HQ SWC, including all connected accessories, for a period of 12 (Twelve) months, comprising the following: Scope of Work: Carrying out comprehensive maintenance including preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, repair, replacement of defective parts, and servicing of complete UPS system along with battery bank and accessories, as per OEM recommendations. Maintenance Visits: Major Maintenance (04 Nos.) To be carried out quarterly including: Thorough inspection, servicing, cleaning, tightening, testing, calibration, and load checking of UPS system Detailed battery inspection and testing Checking of all electrical and electronic components and preventive maintenance of electrical components of UPS System. Minor Maintenance (12 Nos.) To be carried out monthly including: Routine inspection, parameter checking, and minor servicing Battery voltage checks and system performance verification Breakdown Maintenance: Attending unlimited breakdown calls during contract period Contractor to be available from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM Immediate rectification and restoration of system

Comprehensive Coverage: The quoted rate shall be deemed to include: Replacement of all defective parts such as: PCBs, relays, capacitors, chargers, control cards Wiring, circuit systems, fuses, indication lamps, switches Battery accessories (thimbles, connectors, etc.) All consumables, spares, tools, and labour Repair/replacement of all parts worn out due to normal wear & tear Battery Maintenance: Checking individual battery voltage and condition Cleaning and tightening of terminals Testing backup performance Replacement of defective batteries (if any and measered seperately) NOTE: (a) Contractor shall submit documents fulfilling OEM QR criteria immediately after placement of work order for approval of GE. No deviation shall be permitted. (b) Contractor shall submit valid MOU with OEM in original and upload the same with tender documents. (c) Maintenance shall be carried out quarterly and additionally on demand during contract period. (d) Rates quoted shall be inclusive of cost of all spares, repairs, and replacements required for proper functioning of system. (e) Contractor shall attend calls within stipulated time and replace required parts free of cost. (f) All repairs/replacements due to normal wear & tear shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

M&L for sub main wiring along with earth continuity conductor with, PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable (Phase-Red, Neutral-Black, Earth-Green) drawing into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked ivory colour along with accessories 3x10Sqmm + 2x10.0 Sqmm earth wire in 25mm dia conduit.

S&F in replacement of sub main wiring with multistranded copper conductors 1100 volt grade IS- 694 marked drawn through and including non metalic PVC conduit pipe medium grade ISI marked (not less than 20 mm dia)along with fittings and accessories all fixed concealed on wall and surface on ceiling and also including the specified runs of specified size earth continuity conductor complete including taking down existing sub main wiring all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (2 runs of main cable one run of earth wire one run of PVC pipe will be measured as an one run) (a) 2 Run of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of 2.5 sqmm cable for earth wire.

S&F MCB distribution board, powder coated, CRCA steel sheet, degree of protection IP 43, IK-09 with reversible double door, recess mounted , having insulated 100 Amps tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required with TPN , 415 volts, 4 ways.

Supply and fixing 415V 10 KA ,C, curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning TPN 25 to 63 Amp.

Supply and fixing MCB Single Pole 6 to 32 Amps rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and neutral and current carrying capacity 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissionincomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F Battery of 12Volt, 65Ah capacity for UPS System Battery bank.
