Execution of work under Providing and Fixing of M.S. Grill with Drawf Wall from Dominican Church to near the west side fortification wall gate at Bassein Fort at Vasai, Dist-Palghar Phase-II. As specified in the BOQ.

Description of works

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rankvegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc complete as per the direction of site icnharge.

Earthwork excavation in hard soil including removal ofexcavated materials and disposing the same up to a distance of 50mtrs and including initial lead and liftetc complete as per the direction of site icnharge.

Provision for providing and laying rubble soling 0.15 mthick including ramming consolidating etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cementconcrete in M10 of trap/granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade). etc complete as per the direction of site icnharge.

Providing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap / granite /quartzite / gneiss stones in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth of inner walls / in plinth of external walls including bailing out water manually , striking joints on un exposed faces and watering etc complete as per the direction of site icnharge.

Providing and fixing M.S grill fencing in between 'thesteel post of size 100x100x5mm hollow section of 1.90 m. height'(0.30 m. emdeded in concrete) using 16 mm square bars( 22 nos. )to a height of 1.50 meters. fabricated by MS 'L' angle of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm forframe and supported with horizontal of M.S. flat of size 50 x 6 mm three nos. at the equal intervals as per the sketch enclosed including applying two coat of smoke grey color enamel paint after applying a coat of iron primer etc complete as per the direction of site icnharge.

Providing and fixing M.S Gate fencing in between 'C'channel post of size 100x50x5mm thickness 2.35m. height (0.30 m. emdeded in concrete) using 20 mm bars( 35 nos. ) to a height of 2.15 meters. fabricated by MS 'L' angle of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm & 40x40x 5mm for frame as shown in detailed sketch enclosed including applying two coat of smoke grey colour enamel paint after applying a coat of iron primer etc complete as per the direction of site icnharge.

Provision for fabricating and fixing structural steel work in G.I square pipes truss as per details drawing including cutting, fabricating hoisting erecting fixing in position with welded connection as per directed etc complete as per the direction of site icnharge.

Provision for fixing the G. I sheet for roof and vertical side of tin shade and windows with hooks/bolts as per designed drawing as directed etc complete as per the direction of site icnharge.

Provision for providing and making of office table and furniture made with 20 mm thick century make ply with 1.2mm thick Sun mica board with all necessary fastenings, standard aluminium lock, stopper, handle etc. complete.(Including all material and labour)
