Attending routine maintenance, repairs and operation of Heavy / mediumequipments / machineries used on Drydock, slipways, ports etc., like cranes, winches, dewatering pumps, generator, welding machines, air compressor, lathe, drilling machines etc., and attending all the miscelleneous works like bunkering of HSD oil, engine oil, cleaning, greasing etc., periodically as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges , GST, Labour welfare cess, minor tools like hand glooves, helmets etc. complete.

Attending micellaneous works such as bunkering HSD Oil, keeping vigil on the scattered materials in and around the Workshop area, hepling hands for the operation of machineries, minor breakdown repairs etc., during night hours, sundays and holidays etc., including all labour charges, GST, Labour welfare cess, etc., complete.

Attending cleaning and washing toilet blocks inside ALHW workshop complex. Cleaning the water tanks, drains, inspection chamber and other miscellancous works including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, Labour welfare cess etc. complete. But excluding cost of phenoyl, sanifresh, cleaning powder, bleaching powder, broom etc., which will be supplied by the department on free of cost.

Sweeping the surface and surrounding area of Workshop, Generator room, sub division offices, collection of debries and accummulating, dumping in the dustbin etc., including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, Labour welfare cess etc, complete.

Engaging the Data Entry operator in the office for attending typing works, Diary and Despatch and other misc works of office etc., as per the direction of EIC including cost of all labour charges, GST, Labour welfare cess etc. complete.
