Transportation of 25 KL transformer oil storage tank from adityapur industrial area to 132/33 KV G/S/S, Adityapur-1 including loading and unloading (Including return trip charge) distance =40KM

Supply and replacement of worn out gasket of Transformer

Filtration of transformer oil (machine will be supplied by firm)

Dismantaling of H.V & LV bushing,conservator,radiator,OLTC ,cooling fans,all other accessories etc.for lifting the main tank cover of power transformer complete job as per direction of E/I.

Dismantalling and laying , connecting of control cable of both power transformers, RTCC Pannel, C& R Pannel

Drying vacuuming of transformer to remove moisture from core & winding

Breaking the vacuum with nitrogen purping for dew point up to-20 degree centigrade

Repeating the above till the desired IR value is achieved

Erection, testing and commissioning of 50 MVA Power transformer in which testing will include oil testing such as BDV,PPM,DGA, FURAN, Tanδ etc.by recognized laboratory and all electrical testing e.g. Tanδ, PI, IR, core balance, short circuit, open circuit, ratio test ,winding resistance test etc.

Supply of 33kv bushing connector

Supply and replacement of damage valve of appropriate sizes. As per samples.

2 to 5 ton capacity crane hiring charge for lifting main tank for hot oil jet washing ( Hiring of crane for 8 Hrs)

For 1 Hrs. -2553.00 x 1 times = 2553

For next 7 hrs =1160x7=8120

Total =2553+8120.00= 10673

Dismantling of bushing, radiator, conservator tank for overhauling of SST

Erection, testing and commissioning of 33/0.4 kV, 315 kVA SST-1 & 2

Painting of Transformer body and accessories

Supply of analog WTI for transformer mercelling box

Supply of analog OTI for transformer mercelling box

Supply of digital temperature indicating meter

Supply of indication bulb for cooling fan, AC supply and tap changer

complete wiring of transformer indicating system ,cooling fan,OLTC motor drving mechanism providing suitable lugs and ferruls except RTCC panel.

Supply of heavy duty cooling fans ( As per sample)

Replacement of damaged contactor with overload relay of cooling fans.
