M&L for Dismentling & Lifting the Submersible Pumping Set of any capacity with 20HP Motor from deep Tube well/Shallow well/Jackwell/Openwell complete with column pipe upto any depth by using chain pulley and allied T&P, Dismantel the Pump-Motor set, Check the serviceability of Motor and Pump separately all as specified and directed. (Note:- Lifting of pump set will be carried out by experienced mechanic, Any damage of pump-motor set during lifting from well will be paid by Contractor)

M&L for Dismantling of Submersible pumping-set and Tranportation the Motor 3 phase 50 Hz 415 Volts AC of capacity 20 HP to workshop and cutting the burn winding and cleaning thoroughly by using by chemicals/petrol and rewinding the same with appropriate guage of copper winding wire and re-assembling the motor and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Bearing of motor as required at site shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking out of old existing 20 HP induction motor of centrifugal pumping-set of (MAKE - Kirloskar /Crompton etc) 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical cable earthing and pipe line/pump connection and transportation to workshop and dismantling the motor and rewinding the same with existing guage super enamelled copper wire varnishing the same and heating properly in heat chamber, re-assembling the motor after replacement of DE/NDE bearing terminal box and all rusted nut and bolts and install the same to the existing position and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint after successfully repairs and commssioning testing complete on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. (Note:- Bearing of motor as required at site shall be measured and paid separately.

(Note :- Ball bearings and spare parts of pump as required at site shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).
