M&L for complete removal by Washing, rubbing down and stopping and preperation of distempered and painted surfaces of walls, pillars,cornices by brooming down etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for complete removal by Washing, rubbing down and stopping and preperation of old weather coat surfaces on brick/concrete of walls etc and applying two coat of antifungal weather proof emulsion paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick, width of lath 75 mm, with out ball bearing with gear operated type with chain wheel and hand chain type as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position complete all as specified and as directed.
