Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for including removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Work shall be carried out in bldgs with height upto 4 storey.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 Type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and applying two coats of High performance elastomeric cementitious waterproof coating sandwiched with 45 GSM glass fibre reinforcement on the entire floor and 1.0 m of all walls of all toilets as per following methodology:- Cleaning of exposed concrete surface by mechanical means or by hydro blasting to remove laitance, loose particles, contamination etc. which may hinder bonding. Coving of RCC joints with PCC (1:1.5:3) mixed with Integral Water Proofing compound. Applying one coat of Waterproofing membrane to concrete surfaces followed by application of 45GSM glass fibre on the wet surface. Applying second coat of waterproofing membrane at the right angles to the direction of first coat. Second coat shall be applied after the first coat gets dry. Sprinkling fine aggregate immediately after the application of second coat to get the mechanical key for protective plaster. Curing to Water proofing membrane to be carried out for minimum period of 3 days with ponding complete. The Water Proofing Product Should have Mixed density: 1.68g/cc (brushable consistency). Adhesion to concrete : >1N/mm2. Static crack accommodation: 1mm. Make :- Fosroc/Elantas beck/Kunal conchem or equivalent as approved by GE Note: Work shall be carried out in bldgs with height upto 12 storey.

Supplying and laying for 40 mm outer dia of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches/walls including all brass fitting/fixtures in any grade to receive plumbing fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed

Dismantiling of floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar (but not backing), including removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x300x7-8mm thick in verticle surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-Skid ceramic coloured floor tiles as in floor 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-Skid ceramic coloured floor tiles as in floor 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster for backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Double charged vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 8-9mm thick (square /rectangular ) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neet cement slurry and pointed white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles laid over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) for backing coat complete all as specified and directed .
