To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years, i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 0.36Lakhs issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less thanRs0.21 lakhs Credit lines/Letters of Credit / Certificates from any Nationalized Or Scheduled Bank Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26, achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.0.73Lakhs.certified by chartered accountant

The Tender should be a KPWD/GOVT Registered Class-IV and Above CIVIL Contractor Attach Registration Certificate
