Maintenance of Trees/ Shrubs/ lawn (1400X12 Months) etc.i.e. watering of planted trees/ shrubs/ lawn & weeding out the areas and sweeping, trimming the shrubberies including stacking of bamboos, hoeing the soil around plantation and making it smooth, removing of stones,debris etc. & keeping the area in clean condition as per directions of Engineer/ Officer-in-charge & as per specifications including disposal of all cut grass leaves, trimmed branches etc. to be disposed by truck or hand cart within Colony area at locations specified by the department.

Cleaning of footpath paver block including removing of unwanted grass from the joints of paver blocks and disposing the same, within colony area etc.complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-charge and also by washing, removing fungus, moss etc. (361 days x 700 Sq.m)

Providing & spreading of red garden soil free from stones, pebbles, grass , weeds etc. at site as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The measurements will be taken as per truck body diamensions filled with red soil without any deduction for voids.

Providing & drenching of Jiva-amrut liquid fermented cow dung, jaggery, gram flour & urine based organic liquid fertilizer for planted saplings, including cost of material, labours & transportation etc all complete as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in -charge.
