Servicing the silencer assembly , remove the complete silencer assembly from DG set by removing nuts bolts complete , including opening the wall of silencer outlet remove the old asbestos rope on silencer complete, remove the blockage complete , reassemble the silencer with DG set with new gasket, nut, bolts & washers , gas welding on damaged portion on silencer pipe complete, providing glass wool insulation over silencer and its pipe not less than 100 mm thick from DG set mouth to exhaust pipe complete providing GI sheet gladding over insulation complete and riveting the GI Sheet gladding including fixing all assembly with wall/ceiling of DG set room , finishing the opening of wall of DG set room matching to existing surface complete DG set 62.5 KVA to 125 KVA all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chart/ diagram/ name plates/ details of DG sets made out of bakelite hylem sheet, ISI marked, 3 mm thick , cutting to shape /size including fixing of adhesive transparent filament of red/ blue colour including cutting of filament of letters/ figures/ diagrames/ details of suitable size/ type all as directed including fixing to the wall by wooden screw and PVC hold fast etc complete all as directed and specified. Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strips 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel drawn through 4.0 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR part I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 (Type B1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to panel board as indicated including testing complete.
