Scarifying the existing bituminous surfaceto a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres - by mechanical means.

Scarifying the existing granular road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres - by manual means.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation for foundation of structures as per drawings and technical specifications, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material - Ordinary Soil - Manual Means - Depth upto 3 metres including the cost of labour and overhead charges.

Close timbering over areas including strutting,shoring and packing cavities (wherever required ) etc. complete (measurements to be taken of the face area timbered) . Depth not exceeding 1.5m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Walls (any thickness ) including attached pilasters , butteresses , plinth and string courses etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Suspended floors , roofs , landings , balconies and access platform

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work

Extra providing and laying Ready mix concrete - in all grade of concrete in PCC works / RCC works

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work , using cement content as per approved design mix , manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads , having continuous agitated mixer , manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete , improve workability without impairing strenghth and durability - Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg / cum. Excess / less cement used as per design mix is payable / recoverable separately - All work upto plinth level

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto plinth level for precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slab for drain cover slabs of length varying upto 1.50m of various thickness including the cost of required centering shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Fine Sand) on all faces of slab but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and half coarse sand and three graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size)
