Taking down carefully point wiring (light, fan, socket, etc.) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, sockets, etc and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq.mm of FRLS grade PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable,1100 volts grade as per IS-694 drawn through and including PVC cassing and capping (not less than 20mm wide) /conduit complete with all acessories including PVC board/ box of suitable size for mounting of switches, sockets, regulators, etc. including 1.5 sq.mm stranded copper conductor cable FRLS grade PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth continuity conductor for one light point controlled by one way switch complete by maintaining the colour code complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repairs 100Watt highbay light luminare with high pressure die cast housing acting as heat sink in order to ensure better performance of the luminaries after taking down old unserviceable light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, GI pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls/poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes, etc. and keep in safe custody for re-use. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and not exc. 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 250mm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50m above the starting point in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable in trenches/passing through pipe/on wall, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 sq.mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate of the saddle and clamp for fixing of cable on wall is included in this rate.

NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thick-ness of Sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for.

Supply and fix sub-class 'B' brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair LED aviation light luminaries comprising of alluminium housing with polycarbonate encloser with 302 Nos LED including cable for connection after taking down old unserviceable light fittings, complete all as directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
