REPAIR MAINT OF LT PANELS MCCBs EARTHING CABLES AND THEIR CONNECTED ITEM AT NEW CANTT UNDER GE GANGTOK

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M in wide and not exc. 1.5 M in depth for taking out or laying of under ground cable in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and deposited at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the existing road / PCC / drain for taking out / laying of underground cable including necessary earthwork excavation and making good to match with the exisitng surface complete all as specified and with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i)GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Any damages made/caused to the HT/LT cables,water supply pipelines,OFC cables etc during the excavation works shall be made good by the contr as per original and GE Cost of the same is deemed to be included to be included in the unit quoted rate.

M&L for 50mm dia bore galvanised iron light grade for cable protection and sealing both ends including taking out old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80mm dia bore galvanised iron light grade for cable protection and sealing both ends including taking out old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up/down existing defective cable of sizes 2/3/3.5/4 core 10 to 70 sqmm from the trenches / ducts/ along walls / poles / through poles / under roads/ inside sub station including relaying in same or different position/location complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7.00 but 95 to 185 qmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying,jointing, testing and commissioning of serviceable cable obtained from taking out in same or new location or position i.e. in trenches/on walls/floord/roof/ceiling etc of size 2/3/3.5/4 core 16 to 120 sqmm including necessary cable lugs, gland etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying testing and commissioning in trenches or fixing on wall or passing through pipe or in cable ducts XLPE insulated PVC sheathed IS-7098 (Part-I), screened , PVC bedded and PVC tape sheathed galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core including cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.
