SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ E/M WORKS]

M & L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sectionsincluding nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint after removing the unserviceable the same all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade / post insulator for A B Switch after removing the unserviceable the same all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts after removing the unserviceable the same all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced on 11 KV over head line after removing the unserviceable the same all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Expulsion fuse single pole DO fuse assembly 11000 volts 100 Amps after removing the unserviceable the same all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for switch air break , gang operated, Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps , 11000 volts as specified and directed after removing the unserviceable the same all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M & L for Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, 11000 volts after removing the unserviceable the same all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 11 KV (Earthed) grade outdoor termination kit, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm after removing the unserviceable the same all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 11 KV (Earthed) grade outdoor termination kit, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm all as specified and directed.

M & L for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through joint kit, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm after removing the unserviceable the same all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through joint kit, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm after removing the unserviceable the same all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover,but class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete form OH line and setting aside for re-use with in 50m complete all as specified.

Dismantling Unserviceable insulators any type, any size form OH line all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Unserviceable ACSR conductors of any size all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 185 sq. mm all as direceted.

Dehydration and Filtration of transformer oil through on line method of transformers of different capacities through stream line filter unit to increase di -electric strength (BDV) of transformer oil not less then 50 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap including topping up transformer oil to the required level as indicated to each transformer and testing, transformer oil before and after filtration submission of records of test in duplicate all as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note: Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately

S & Fill Transformer oil confirming to IS 335/93 grade suitable to topping up of transformers and OLTC tank through stream line filters while Dehydration all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling the 11 KV HT Supply and isolating the distribution transformer of capacity 50/63/100/125/160/200/250 KVA draining out the insulating oil from the tank for dehydration. Removing the damaged gasket and replace the same size / thickness of new gasket in conservatory tank oil indicator, inlet outlet valve gasket in position replacing the defective, burnt bushes with gaskets and brass studs if required re filling back drained transformer oil and ensuring no leakages of oil from any part of the transformers and then testing energizing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Fresh transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for replacing silica gel from air breather container clear view type of good quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Opening the top cover of the transformer and OLTC chamber of 3.15/4 MVA power transformer carefully, decanning the transformer oil in drum removing the old worn out gasket and providing new gasket and replacing of defective fixed and movable contacts 8 sets of same size/thickness complete including refixing the top cover and refilling the oil complete as directed

Material and Labour for Opening the top cover of the transformer and OLTC chamber of 2.5 MVA distribution transformer carefully, decanning the transformer oil in drum removing the old worn out gasket and providing new gasket and replacing of defective fixed and movable contacts 8 sets of same size/thickness complete including refixing the top cover and refilling the oil complete as directed.

M & L for repair and servicing/overhauling of existing VCB porcelain clad 250/300 AMPS 33 KV out door 50 Hz, 750 MVA of Make MEGA WIN SWITCH GEAR Type MSP 36 by M & L all unserviceable parts,wiring contactor, greasing of revalving of VCB Chamber, caliberation of relay including decarbonising of VCB Panel and serviceability check from remote operation ,meters tripping coil check by current simulation etc & testing on completion for satisfactory functioning all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for opening the cover of VCBs 11 KV and servicing of fixed and moving contacts, repair and overhauling of fixed copper terminal/contacts (male and female ),insulation tubes including other connected items to smoth function of panel board , lamp indicators ,meters tripping coil , caliberation of over load protection relay , time delay relay /earth fault relay etc . Clening the fixed and moving contact inside the VCBs properly , checking of spring charging mechanism, servicing and graesing all movable machanisum , replacement of defective fuses , wiring and reassembling and testing and serviceability check from remote operation complete all as per the direction of Engineer in Charge and manufacturer instructions.

Servicing of RTCC panel, repair and replacement of defective components such as fuse carriers, cut outs, indicators meters etc checking and repair of wiring and made the panel serviceable in auto operation complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge and manufacturer instructions.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 33 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance, testing and Servicing of CT & PT of 33 KV capacity including repair to get correct current & voltage ratio replacement of old gasket with new gasket of same type/size and topping up of new oil of same grade and replacement of old nut bolt washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for LT bushing out door type for transformer, brass metal part as per IS 3347/1967 complete with bushing brass stem nut,bolt,washers, brass studs and gasket etc complete upto 200 KVA, 11/0.433 KV all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for HT bushing out door type for transformer ,brass metal part as per IS 3347/1967 complete with bushing brass stem nut,bolt,washers, brass studs and gasket etc complete upto 200 KVA all as specified and directed.

S & F power pack unit with input voltage of 230VAC or 110 VAC single phase 50 Hz and output of 110VDC, 30Wsec (stored) and 110VDC, 75 W(Non stored) all as directed.

M & L for painting the transformers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of smoke gray colour including scraping and removing the old painted surfaces painting with two coats of supper enameled paintcolour of existing for following transformer all as specified and directed:-

(a) 63 KVA capacity

Repair/Maintenance of A.B switch , gang operated of any type & size including cleaning of male & female contracts greasing of moving parts , replacement of unserviceable contacts, insulator, including operating GI pipe replacement if required all as specified & directed for smooth funchtiong of A.B switch all as specified and directed . Note : Post insulator & male / female contacts will be measured & paid separately under relevant items inclusive of replacement of miner worn out parts )

a) A. B switch 33 KV TP 400 Amps

b) A. B switch 11 KV TP 200 Amps

Supply only male & female brass contact set for 33 KV A B switch all as specified and directed.

Supply only male & female brass contact set for 11 KV A B switch all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread riddled earth in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as directed & as specified .

M & L for detecting the fault in 11 KV HT cable of any size (with in 1 to 7 KM length), 3 core in trenches/ ducts with the help of electronic fault locating mechine comprising of surge generator pulse, echo fault lacator with high frequency distance calculator etc and exposing the cable fault removal of detoriated fault portion of cable, treating the cable including making it ready for jointing work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : 1. The quoted rate shall deemed to be included for the cost of earth work excavation as required. 2. Cable jointing kit shall be measured and paid separetely.

M&L for laying and levelling stone aggregate loose filling using 40 mm graded stone aggregate around the transformer yards after removing the existing debries and stacking the existing aggregate complete all as specified and directed.
