PROVISION OF SPECIAL ITEMS OF VARIABLE REFRIGERANT FLOW (VRF) TECHNOLOGY BASED AC PLANTS WITH ALL CONNECTD EQUIPMENT / ACCESSORIES AND READING HALL FURNITURE IN SARASWATHI BUILDING AT DLRL HYDERABAD

Note:- The contractor has to submit drawings for VRF duly showing design, layout and fixing details as per OEM/manufacturer’s instructions within 20 days of commencement of work. This drawing has to be duly recommended by Engineer-in-charge & GE and got approved from SO1 of E4 section from HQ CE R&D Secunderabad before incorporation in the work

Supply, install, test & commissioning of TOP/SIDE DISCHRGE Air cooled Variable Refrigerant Volume / Flow (VRV/VRF) outdoor units (working and standby) with all inverter scroll compressor in each individual unit, preferbly all compressors of suitable capacity, air cooled copper condenser coils must have Ocien Black / Blue Fins coatings for corrosion resistance, condenser, fan motor shall be weather proof, brushless DC drive, fan shall have lower vibration, motor shall have minimum 10 steps and air flow resistance with protective grill, suitable for 380 -420 volts, 3 phase + N, 50 Hz, AC supply and shall deliver 100% capacity at 43 degree centrigrade temperature and shall be suitable for operation in upto 50 degree centigrade ambient without tripping or failure, minimum full load coefficient of performance (COP) must be 4.1 and minimum part load COP must be 7.2, defrost technology, 6 bypass valve compressor, including Regrigerant R-410A with first charge for refrigerant gas, suitable PCC foundations, including loading / unloading and shifting to floor / terrace and connecting earthing for outdoor units from the panel of following capacities / units, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Refrigerant gas suitable for VRV / VRF air conditioning plant shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule.

S&F, Y/T joints for indoor units and outdoor units suitable for refrigerant pipe of any size as per manufacture's recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test & commissioning of hard drawn copper refrigerant for VRF copper piping indoor and outdoor units for both one run supply and one run lines with necessary copper fittings, laid neatly, secured with GI clamps and wall brackets with pipe supports as per techinical specifications, at every 1.5 meter interval and at bends including core cutting and insulation with 19/13mm thick class "O" nitrile rubber, UV treatment (coating) for exposed refrigerant piping insulation complete all as required at site as per specifications of the following sizes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of Shielded communciation cable of 1.0 swmm x 3 core between Indoors and outdoors and the same has to be provided in PVC conduit and proper terminations to be done at all indoor units and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying Drain piping using water quality pipe with suitable fittings 25mm dia CPVC pipe with 6 mm thick insulation

Material and labour for Installation, testing and commissionig of Cassette indoor units with proper Rod / Wall supports to avoid any kind of vibration.

Supplying & laying of 2.5 sqmm x 3 core copper flexible drawn through 25 mm PVC conduit and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, replacement, installation, testing and commissioning of LT distribution control Panel , Kiosk type 415 Volt, 4 wire AC 50 Hz, factory made, out door type double door, both side opening, (frount and rear side) weather and vermin proof panel having degree of protection IP-54 & made out of CRCA fabricated out of sheet of 3.15 mm outer structure and 1.6mm for internal structure with duly powder coated,CPRI approved , factory made fabricated and CPRI approved, 415 volts, with locking arrangement, powder coated MS angle iron base frame with legs of size 40 X 40 X 60mm and 60cm long grounted with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 for foundation filling with platform 100 X 75 X 15 cm above ground level floor incuding cable entries with gland for incoming and out going cable connection, aluminium bus bar 4 strip rating 600 amps, including colring with RYB & Black including letter writen of pattern and description as directed with supply and fixing the following accessories pre-wired and connected alongwith suitable cable gland,lugs etc. all as specified and directed including taking out of unserviceable existing LT panel board and consisting of the items listed hereinafter.(Drawing of Panel and connections shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge before starting the panel work.)

S&L XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty),ISI Marked, IS:7098 Part-I, with aluminium conductor, LT 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 3.5 core 150 sq. mm, laid in trenches / on poles / walls including provision of suitable hardware accessories, connecting up, testing on completion and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed as per site requirement specified and directed by engr in charge. NOTE:- Excavation and earth work required for above item shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item no 11 above but of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.( Out door panel to LT panel )

S&L XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty),ISI Marked, IS:7098 Part-I, with copper conductor, LT 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 4 core 10 sq. mm, laid in trenches / on poles / walls including provision of suitable hardware accessories, connecting up, testing on completion and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed as per site requirement specified and directed by engr in charge. NOTE:- Excavation and earth work required for above item shall be measured and paid seperately.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, tubular poles or laying of pipes, or for removal / laying of cables etc., not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, including trimming sides of foundations and forming bottom surface to required level, complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed . NOTE:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

M&L for brick protection with common burnt bricks sub class ‘B’ of size 230x115x75mm for cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply and fixng of 8 way DBS with incoming MCCB of 63 amps and out going MCB SP 10 amps 24 Nos (connecting 1 indoor cassatte unit one MCB and all as specified and directed by Engineer -in charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground verticaly (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron 32 x 6 mm strip as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated location for loop earthing etc. as required of size 32x6mm GI strip complete inclduing the porcealin/PVC insulators necessary for fixing the strip all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe light grade 100 mm for cable protection

Cutting the road /hard standing to a size not exceeding 45 cm in width and not exceeding 75 cm in depth for laying / removal of LT/HT UG cable /protection pipe including making good so as to match with existing finishing with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) for 100mm thick on top including fair finishing complete all as directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated location for loop earthing etc. as required of size 8mm Copper wire complete all as specified and directed.
