Demolition of brickwork or stone work/boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, (20mm graded stone aggregate ) masonary with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but except block recovered from demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new undecorated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing, wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and Fix Mild steel for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for cement concrete in foundation PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone agg for fencing post etc complete all as specified and directed
