Necessary repairs to 1000 LPM DRDO oxygen plant installed at IDB to make it fully operational

Replacement of zeolite granular in the existing 1000 LPM DRDO/ L&T Oxygen Generation Plant (twin tanks) of the PSA based oxygen plant by way of: a) Dismantling & then disassembling the concentrator tanks so as to extract the non-functional zeolite from the tank with the help of special techniques/method to completely empty the tank of the old zeolite. b) The old zeolite shall be collected and disposed as per the directions of the site engineer. c) Thorough inside cleaning of the tank to the extent that the tank is ready for filling with new zeolite granules. The same shall be carried out by using appropriate kind of chemical & pressurized system. d) After thorough cleaning, the allied items fitted in the tank must be checked for its operation and in case need repairs replacement must be conducted before recharging the tank with the fresh zeolite. e) Providing & filling of fresh zeolite granules 0.5 mm- 2.0 mm 13X (Honeywell UOP MOLSIV PSA O2 HP) to its full capacity so as to ensure that the concentrator tank/zeolite filters the air for achieving the medical gas oxygen purity to the level of 93±3% and oxygen tank pressure equal or greater than 5 bar. The zeolite shall be accepted with test certificate in original from the OEM (Honeywell ) with invoice/bill from the OEM for the same. Further the zeolite shall be guaranteed for its performance for minimum period of 5 years and any functional issue that may crept in during these years shall be the responsibility of the firm and has to replace/refill the zeolite in order to achieve the purity of 93±3%. After filling of the fresh zeolite, the tanks shall be assembled and all the allied items reconnected and tested to the desired parameters first no load and then on full load. The purity level of 93±3% and 5 bar pressure have to be maintained under both conditions of no load and full load. Any other item or job not included here but necessary for achieving the operational requirement shall be deemed to be included. Job further includes arranging of all tools & tackles, highly skilled technician for the effective execution of the job.

Servicing of pneumatic valves of oxygen generator by way of providing and fitting of new service kit along with silicon greasing.

Complete cleaning of both air compressors to make them dust free, uninstalling the radiators and then cleaning them with high pressure water. Cleaning of refrigerant air dryer condenser, radiator to make them oil & dust free. The job also includes complete cleaning of whole oxygen plant including voltage stabilizer, Panel, Oxygen generator, air tank, flooring, battery bank etc. to make it dust free.
