Dismantling of 100 MVA Transformer along with associated works

Dismantling of Emulsifier pipe and accessories of Emulsifier System of 100 MVA T/F-1 as per site requirement and its shifting up to the designated place as per directions of supervising Engineer at the substation.

Complete Dismantling of 100 MVA T/F-1 accessories after opening of jumpers, removal of earthing and opening of cable and its termination, draining out the transformer oil up to the required level in 209 LTR. capacity drums and proper stacking of drums at storage area, removal of radiators , conservator tanks, pipe lines. bushings, turrets, fans, marshalling box, RTCC Panel etc. Blanking of oil pipe lines, conservator tanks, turrets etc. with proper gasket and blanking plate along with nuts, bolts and washer to complete the job satisfactority.

Opening of all cables of Old 220/132 KV 100MVA Transformer, marshaling box, DM and its RTCC panels for their dismantling with cable marking and Dressing, binding of cable including fixing of cable support structure and termination of cable, making of holes in plate and providing cable glands and ferruling as per schedule and inter connection including removing of old cable/laying of new cables as per requirement of RTCC panel, marshaling box, driving mechanism etc. after erection of new 160 MVA T/F.

Shifting of 100 MVA T/F-I main tank from plinth to near open place (upto 20 meter), including any turning of transformer tank.

Additional shifting @ 5mtr/ job.

Erection of New 160 MVA Transformer along with other associated works

Shifting of main tank of new 160 MVA T/F-II Up to 20 meter distance including turning of the tank as direction of supervising engineer.

Additional shifting of main tank of new 160 MVA 220/132KV transformer Up to 20 meter distance at the rate of 5 Mtr. Per job.

Complete erection of new 160MVA 220/132 KV Transformer including its radiators, headers, conservator tank turrets, HV/LV/Neutral bushings, connection pipe lines, cooling fans, OLTC Drive mechanism box, marshaling box, RTCC panel, OTI, WTI, Capilary tubes, and its associated works.

Draining out approx 50KL transformer oil from 209 litre capacity oil drum and filling up to 50 KL. or 20KL Oil tanks.

Complete evacuation of 160MVA T/F main tank and filling of Dry Nitrogen/Dry air of dew point ( -50 C) or better in vacuum upto pressure of 0.25Kg/Cm2 and the again evacuating the T/F tank after required time interval (approx 12/24 Hrs) using centrifuging machine with all associated work.

Centrifuging of the transformer oil filled in oil tanker uninterrupted till the desired BDV value of the oil is achieved, filling of centrifuged transformer oil into tank, conservator tank and radiators of the above 160 MVA Transformer from the oil tanker then centrifuging & circulation of the transformer oil in transformer with the help of centrifuging machine un-interrupted till the desired BDV values of the transformer oil and IR values are achieved including recording of the parameters such as temperature, vacuum, insulation resistance, BDV etc every 2 Hrs. Measuring of dew point before filling the centrifuged transformer oil in T/F main tank is in the scope of contractor.

Making proper arrangement for filling of Nitrogen Gas in air cell of conservator tank and checking its leak tightness by maintaining positive pressure.

Making of delta for neutral earthing by fabrication of 3 nos 3 meter long electrodes of 36/40 mm dia M.S round bar, its piercing under the ground at equal distance of 1 meter at 700 mm depth by digging of earth and connecting all the 03 no electrodes with 75mmx10mm size M.S Flate and taking out the M.S Riser by cutting, bending welding etc, connect the Delta to main earthmat as per UPPTCL guideline.

Earthing of 160MVA, 220/132KV transformer body, OLTC panel, Marshaling box and its neutral point by cutting, straightening, bending, laying up to 700mm below inside ground & above ground of 75x10mm size M.S Flate for diagonal/double earthing by welding with main earth mat and with object to be earthed, excavation of trenches, soil its back filling to complete the work, etc with one coat of red oxide then two coat of green enamelled good quality paints as per detail site requirement.

Laying of following sizes control cables in the cable trenches/cable trays from the control and relay panel, RTCC panel , meter cubicle in control room to equipments like transformer marshalling box, OLTC panle, buchholz relay and other transformer protective relays as per cable schedule including shifting of cable in the drums from storage place at substaion to erection site and shifting back the balance cable to stores at the sub station from erection site

Performing of following tests with associated work by NABL approved Laboratory/company/firm with reputed and callibrated testing equipments and providing results in standard format.

Tan Delta and capacitance measurement test of Bushings and windings and SFRA test.

Turns ratio measurement on all taps.

Winding resistance measurement on all taps.

Insulation resistance including polarisation index Insulation resistance test on core frame.

Short circuit test on low voltage on three taps.

Magnetising current test on low voltage on three taps.

Magnetic Balance on Low Voltage.

Vector Group test.

INSTALLATION OF MULTIFIRE SYSTEM

Supply and laying of different size of GI pipe B class for fire detection water pipe line and air line as per specification (IS-1239) as per drawing, work consist of complete erection of mulsifier system with elbow Tee socket reducer etc. and painting of the same as per standard.

Supply & Installation & Commissioning of Quartzine bulb detectors (QBD) operate at 90 degree C sensing at rated temp for actuation of the element 10-12 sec.

Supply, Installation & Testing Commissioning of fixed differential switch (Danfoss/ledfons make) type pressure range 1-10 Kg/Cm2.
