REPAIR/MAINT OF HT INSTALLATIONS AT NDC AND REPAIR/MAINT OF HT INSTALLATIONS AT AHQ CAMP LODHI ROAD UNDER GE NEW DELHI

M & L for detecting leakage from transformer complete by removing HT & LT supply connections, opening of top cover, decanning required quantity of oil and storing in suitable air tight container for reuse, removing leakage and assembling/ fixing top cover and make necessary electric connections and testing complete on site at existing location after removing leakage completely for transformer of 200KVA capacity (At plinth/In CSS/At Pole Structure) complete. Note : (i) The said work shall has to be carried out at site, if contractor shifts/transport the same to workshop for repair due to non availability of labour at site. Nothing extra shall be admissible on account of this. Hence contractor shall quote his rate accordingly.

Supply and fixing in replacement of top cover cork gasket sheet min 6mm thick using suitable adhesive and including removal of old wornout gasket for transformers upto 500 KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT Brass bushing rod (Brass stud and bolts with porcelain insulator) with nuts, washer, gaskets/seal of suitable size for transformer of 200-315KVA capacity range after removing old unsv items all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT Brass bushing rod (Brass stud and bolts with porcelain insulator) with nuts, washer, gaskets/seal of suitable size for transformer of 200-315 kVA capacity range after removing old unsv items all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but 500 KVA

M&L for dehydration and filtration of the existing transformer/servo voltage stabilizer oil by dehydration plant to achieve di-electric strength of 60 KV at the gap of 4 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- Dehydration plant shall be brought at site by the contractor and shall also include the following provisions:- a) Testing of transformer /servo voltage stabilizer oil before & after dehydration shall be carried out as directed. b) The Unit of payment under this item shall be per litre of oil meant for all processes to the entire completion of jobs. (c) Contractor will maintain a register of dehydration and filtration of each and every equipment as per format given by Engr-in-charge and submit the same to Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling of fresh and dry silica gel (Blue colour) in breather body incl removing old silica gel complete in transformers of capacity up to 500 KVA all as specified and directed.
