Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars by mechanical machinary etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, Complete all as specified and directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65x125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length including fastenar of 100 mm long 10 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for steel gauge i.e., panel will be wire gauge in view of double side plain PVC sheet panel the wire gauge shall be wrapped on a additional square 8 mm solid tube and the tube shall be welded to MS tube the wire gauge shall be stretched firmly factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for rail & bottom. Supplying and laying 100 mm bore Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes, Centrifugally Cast [Spun], Class "K-9" with spigot and socket conforming to IS - 8329 in standard lengths with inside Cement Mortar Lining and Black Bitumen external coating and including necessary DI Specials & nitrile rubber gasket required complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying 150 mm bore Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes, Centrifugally Cast [Spun], Class "K-9" with spigot and socket conforming to IS - 8329 in standard lengths with inside Cement Mortar Lining and Black Bitumen external coating and including necessary DI Specials & nitrile rubber gasket as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing and testing of cast iron Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body, dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings -bronze IS:318, Spindle-SS IS:6603, Gland Paking greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size DN-100 mm,both ends flanged , complete all as specified and directed. Note : Suitable size flanges, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of ISI Marked single headed 63mm dia gunmetal Landing Valve flanged inlet with 63mm female instantaneous outlet type A confirming to IS 5290 on the fire wet riser/down comer including making 80 NB Pipe connection with riser fixing the landing valves in proper positions including supply of nuts bolts gaskets caps chains ets testing the hydrant and completion the work in complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix fire hydrant stand post with provn of single outlet conforming to IS 908 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix hose Pipe 01x30 Meter length 63 mm dia as per IS 884 including Nozzle , coupling all fitting accessories required at site Hose pipe shall be rubber lines woven jacketed and 63mm in diameter.They shall conform to type-2 (Reinforced rubber lined) of IS:639-1979. The hose shall be sufficiently flexible and capable of being rolled.Each run of hose pipe shall be complete with necessary coupling at the ends to matchwith the landing valve or with another run hose pipe or with Branch pipe. The couplings shall be of instantaneous spring lock type. Branch pipe shall be of gunmetal 63mm dia and be complete with male instantaneous spring lock type coupling for connection to the hose pipe. The branch pipe shall be externally threaded to receive the nozzle. The nozzle shall be of copper or gunmetal, 20mm in internal diameter. Thescrew threads at the inlet connection shall match with the threading on the branch pipe,the inlet end shall have a hexagonal head to facilitate screwing of the nozzle on to the branch pipe with nozzle spanner.End couplings, branch pipes, and nozzles shall conform to IS:903-1985, two hoses of 15 mtr. Lengths with couplings shall be provided with each external (yard) hydrant. One nozzle and one branch pipe with coupling shall be provided with each yard hudrant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix hose box for keeping 02x 15 mtr or 01x 30 mtr length hose pipe, nozzle, coupling etc of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specified and directed. Note : The external fire hose cabinet to accommodate the hose pipes, branch pipe nozzle and the hydrant outlets shall be fabricated from 1.5m sheet steel. This shall be lockable and provided with center opening glazed doors. The support for hose cabinet shall be of brick work up to a height of 0.5m above ground level. The depth of footing for this support shall be minimum 50cm below ground level,resting on leveling course of minimum 10cm of PCC (1:5:6). The brick work shall beplastered in cement mortar (1:6). The hose cabinet shall be painted red and stove enameled. Note : PCC Wk reqd will be paid seperately in respective item of schedule.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level) connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel complete as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 (Part-I) including charcoal dust common salt, 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel along with wire mesh, including 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade [Minimum 5 m in length] for protection of GI earth wire, including PCC pit 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with angle iron 40X40X5mm frame 60mm thick RCC cover with 8mm dia TMT steel bars spacing @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways i.e. horizontal and vertical complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and testing for required value complete all as specified and directed. Note:- If earth resistance of earthing is not found satisfactory it will be redone by the contractor on his risk and cost.

Taking out old unserviceable fire hydrants of both single head and double head of size 63mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable fire hydrant post and stopping water flow by using end plug/ end cap complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct schedule of credit amount Rs. 6,050.00 to be deducted during AOC
