Sacrifying existing bitumenous surface to a depth of 50mm by mechanical means scarifying the existing ,bitumenous road to a depth of 50mm &disposal of scarifying material with in all lifts & lead up to 1000m.

Providing laying & rolling of built up spray grout layer oven prepared consisting construction of two layer composite construction of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using motor grade for aggregates. key stone chips spreader may be used with application birder after each layer & with key aggregate placed on top of thesecond layer to serve as a base conforming to the line grades & cross section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75mm.

Prroviding & applying tack coat with catonic bitumenous emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bitumenous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & as per relevent clause of section -503 of specifications @0.30kg/sqm (dry & hungry bitumenious surface /granular surface treated with primer).

Bituminous Macadam Providing & laying dense bitumenous macadam using crused aggregate of specificed grading ,premixed with bitumeinous binder transporting the site,laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to th erequired grade ,level & alignment & rolled as per clause 501.6&501.7 to achieve the desired compaction & as per clause 504 of specifications.for grading II(19mm nominal size)bitumen content 3.5%.

Prroviding & applying tack coat with catonic bitumenous emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bitumenous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & as per relevent clause of section -503 of specifications @0.25kg/sqm (normal bituminous surface)

Close graded premix surfacing/mixed sealsurfacing (mechanical means using HMPof appropriate capacity not less than 75tonnes /hour.) Providing ,laying & rolling of close -graded premix surfaceing materialof 20mm thickness composed of11.2mm to 0.09mmtype A or 13.02 mm to 0.09(type-B)aggregate using penetration grade bitumen to the required line grade & level to serve as wearing courdse on a pervoiusly prepared base ,including mixing in asuitable plant ,laying & rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity & finishing to required level & graded all complete as per clause 508of specifications. with 60/70 butumen (VG-30)
