M&L surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm with broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 as in damp proff course (DPC) to horizontal or vertical surfaces and applying evenly a tack coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg per sqm and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cum per sqm including laying of 150 micron thick polythene film including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1½:3 type A1(20mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1½:3 type A1(20mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc.complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1½:3 type A1(20mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in beams, seimic bands, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1½:3 type A1(20mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in chajjahs complete all as specified as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cutting, cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for100mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick Kota stone slab in flooring laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick Kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mmx200mmx 7mm /350mmx250mmx7mm /450mmx350mmx7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection. Plinth protection shall be laid in alternate bays n exc 2 sqm, 10 mm thick joints shall be provided, joint shall be filled with bitumen mastic, bitumen mastic shall comprises of 1 part of hot bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of sand all by weight finished cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F box type steel windows with side hung shutters glazed, both side openable ( outside glazed window and inside fly proof window) including projecting type hinges with steel handle , and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded with 12mm dia square bars or round bar of approved design welded to steel window frame complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 1.25mm thick pressed steel frame of size 105x60mm for doors/windows with single rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates, filling in PCC !:3:6 type C-0 in hollow portion etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel framed works as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hangings also fastening and fixing etcconforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

S&F steel ventilators with top hung shutters including hinges , steel peg stay complete all as specified & as directed .

M&L cement concrete chequrred tiles of size 30cmx30cmx22mm thick machine pressed , set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster in two layers ( 10mm +5mm ) on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with WPC on second layer of 5mm thick finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed ( supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound of appproved make.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of chajjas, ceiling,etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surface and applying two coats of acrylic exterior weather resistant paint (weather proof paint) of tint as approved over a coat of primer and including applying wall care putty of 1mm thick average thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and steel based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
