Supply of 3 Ply Corrugated Boxes to pack following UHT Good Life variants for the Period of Six Months to KOMUL

Tenderer / Dealers should furnish the information on all past supplies details purchase orders and satisfactory performance for above in proforma under Section XI

The tenderer / Dealers should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured tested and supplied the Goods/Materials similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity or should have minimum turnover of 80% of the tendered value in Corrugated Boxes manufacturing products, required in any one of the last 3 years

Bidders / Dealers should submit leading buyers with value of business and present supply orders details to be executed in SECTION XII annexure-B

Bidders / Dealers should submit the all the plant and machinery details in SECTION XII annexure-B

Bidders / Dealers should submit the production capacity of the plant (Daily/ Monthly) & Last 3 years Turnover data in SECTION XII annexure-B
