Satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one Similar Nature of work / Construction / Renovation of Building of value not less than Rs. 36.30 lakhs. Further, a Weightage of 10% per year will be added to bring them to the Price Level of 2023-24. In support of this, the tenderer shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer along with the Technical Bid.

Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 72.60 Lakhs. Further, the Financial Turnover of the Previous Years shall be given a Weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2024-25. In support of this, the tenderer shall furnish the Certificate from Chartered Accountant along with the Proposal

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25
