Supply and fixing MCB SPN 63 Amp, 240 Volt, AC, 10 KA breaking capacity 'C' series to DB's catered under Schedule 'A', section-III.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 32 Amp, 240 Volt, AC, 10 KA breaking capacity 'C' series to DB's catered under Schedule 'A', section-III.

Supply and fixing MCB SP, 06 to 32 Amp, 240 Volt, AC, 10 KA breaking capacity 'C' series to DB's catered under Schedule 'A', section-III.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, 240 volt, 50 Hz, double ball bearing, five star rating including down rod, canpoy, five step type electronic regulator 80 watt etc and connecting up including provsion of two runs of FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan complete. Note:- (i) Fan shall be of make Crompton Greaves model HSPLUS or equivalent model of make specified in Appendix 'B' to Particular Specifications. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of regulator. (iii) Point wiring and ceiling rose shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Scheudle 'A', Section-III.

Supply and fixing Exhaust fan 300/308mm sweep, heavy duty, double ball bearing, four blade, 1400 RPM, minimum air delivery discharge 1710 CMH suitable for SP, 240 volt, 50 Hz with louvers and connecting up including provision of two run of FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan complete. Note. (i) Fan shall be of make Cromption Greaves model EXHD300-4-1 or equivalent model of make specified in Appendix 'B' to Particular Specifications. (ii) Point wiring and ceiling rose shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Scheudle 'A', Section-III.

Supply and fixing FTL fitting, indoor type, decorative LED light fitting, 20 Watt, 6500 CCT(K), wall mounted batten with extruded aluminum housing with intregated electronic driver, LED tube, accessories including connection with 3 core sheathed PVC insulated copper conductor cable white colour, not less than 0.5 Sqmm complete. Note. Light fitting shall be of make HALONIX : CAT REF NO - HLV-03-20CW-AL or HAVELLS ordering code LHEIMEBP7IN1W020 or C&S ordering code : LTT B4 F20WLED/W or equivalent model of make specified in Appendix 'B' to Particular Specifications. Light fitting of higher capacity of other make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular Specifications shall be provided without any extra cost to the Department.

Supply, fixing, testing and connecting security light fitting Out Door type highly efficient LED light aluminium housing enclosed with toughned glass, protection minimum IP-65, 15 watt 240 volt, pressure die-cast powder coated including driver and all acessories, 40mm outer dia, 1.2 metre long GI bracket, light grade fixed on wall with FI 40x 6mm (2Nos ).nut, bolt, washer etc (bolt of suitable size shall be grouted with PCC (1: 2: 4) block including connection with 3 core sheathed PVC insulated copper cable white colour not less than 0.5 sqmm complete. Note. (i) Light fitting shall be of Cromption Cat reference LSTN-15CDL or Halonix Cat Ref No HLSLD-09-15-CWL-E-1 or C&S ordering code : LTESSE 15 WLED or equivalent model of make specified in Appx 'B' to Particular Specifications. Light fitting of higher capacity of other make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular Specifications shall be provided without any extra cost to the Department. (ii) Old light fitting shall be deposited in MES store yard of GE. (iii) Old bracket shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor's due payment.

Note. (i) Light fitting shall be of Cromption Cat reference LSTN-15CDL or Halonix Cat Ref No HLSLD-09-15-CWL-E-1 or C&S ordering Code : LTESSE 15 LED or equivalent model of make specified in Appx 'B' to Particular Specifications. Light fitting of higher capacity of other make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular Specifications shall be provided without any extra cost to the Department. (ii) Old light fitting shall be deposited in MES store yard of GE. (iii) Old bracket shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor's due payment.

Horizontal boring in the existing road with all required drilling equipment without disturbing the road surface for laying/insertion the GI pipe for cable protection 100 mm bore pipe. Note. Pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Schedule 'A', Section VIII.

M&L for pre- fabricated street light junction /distribution box of size 450mm x300 mm with hinged cover system made of MS Sheet/ CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer suitable for mounting on pole including fixing on pole with clamp made out of GI flat 50x6mm, nut, bolts and connecting incoming and out going connection with proper lugging including 04 number aluminium busbar of suitable size and 01 No. MCB, SPN, 6 Amps, 'C' series for control of street light fitting complete. Note. (i) Box shall be fixed on steel pole at 1.2 metre above GL. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be included cost of MCB.

Supply and fixing pressure die cast, aluminium housing with lens highly efficient, LED street light fitting, 60 watt with heat resistance toughned glass, suitably gaskated, top mountable type, IP-66 protection including connection with three run of 2.5 Sqmm single core multistranded, PVC insulated, unsheated copper conductor FRLS cable complete. Note. (i) Light fitting shall be of make Halonix Cat Ref No HLSLD-1509-60-CWL-ISI or C&S ordering code LTESS 24X2.5HP LED/LS or Bajaj Luminare type BRTFG 60W LED or Cromption Cat Ref No LSTO-60-CDL or equivalent model of make specified in Appx 'B' to Particular Specifications. Light fitting of higher capacity of other make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular Specifications shall be provided without any extra cost to the Department. (ii) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cable for connection from street light to junction box fixed on pole at 1.2 metre above GL.

Note: (i) Fitting shall be make Kalin. Model -MRSL-LRF 40SS1001 or SIGMA Model/ series 21304 (single light 1000W) or equivalent model of make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications. (ii) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of revolving mechanism, control pannel, fitting, necessary cable for electric connection from the building main DB's to light control pannel.

Disconnecting all electric incoming and out going connection and taking down of old unserviceable LT main board consisting main switches etc complete. Note. Old material retrieved shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per Schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor's due payment.

Taking out old un serviseable LT cable 95 sq mm 3.5 core complete.

Taking out of old un serviseable LT cable 50 sq mm 3.5 core complete.

Taking out of old un serviseable LT cable 16/10 sq mm 2.0 core complete. Note for item No 12.14 to 12.16 (i) Old cable, protection cover, pipe etc shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor due payment. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule 'A', Section XII.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 Wire system LT Feeder Pillar Box, cubical outdoor type (CPRI approved) having double door with front back top and bottom portion fabricated with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and shall be folded and braced as necessary to provide a rigid support for all components of external adequate size as per drawing of panel approved by GE(I) providing with handle, locking arrangement, based on suitable size of MS angle iron/channel complete with aluminium bus bars mounted on DMC suports and insulated with heat shrinkable PVC Sleeve, interconnection, control wiring with not less than 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable, name plate, danger plate, earth point, independent compartment with hinged doors, cable glands, weather & vermin proof construction including necessary PCC platform. All steel metal works including frame shallbe provided auticrossive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy purepolyster powder coating of flint grey shade. The scope of work also comprising with the following:-

BUS BAR : (i) Electricity aluminium bus bar of size 50 mm X 10 mm for all phase conductor & neutral conductor of size 50 X10 mm with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves and colour coded in Red, Yellow, Blue and Black to identify the three phases and netural of the system, supported on unbreakable, non hygroscopic DMC insulated supported at sufficiently close interval to prevent busbar sag-01 set. (ii) Current transformar of ring type for LT panel, insulated in resin casted/reinforced in polycarbonate case of CT ratio 200/5 rated burden 15 VA accuracy class - 1.0, including making internal connection complete all as specified and directed = 03 Nos.

M&L providing & fixing concertina coil with punched tape 600mm dia, having 10 round per running meter, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 Kg/Sqmm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and fixing the same up to 3.0 metre height of wall with angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4 to 3.00 metre apart with 6 horizontal R.B.T (Reinforced barbed tape) wire, stud tied with GI staple and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolt all complete. Note. (i) Weight of concertina coil shall be ascertained through BOO by the GE. (ii) Barbed wire and Y shaped angle shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Schedule 'A', section X.
