Excavation in foundations trenches in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/ soft rocks, chiselling / wedgeing out of hard /soft rock including dewatering in saturated soil upto all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil / materials not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimetre layers when required into plinths side of foundations etc., consoildating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and liftsas per the direction of Engineer-in -Charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand: six graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cment:4 sand: 8 graded stone agg. 40mm Nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work foundation & plinth.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (Uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) in breast walls and retaining walls.

Providing and Fixing angle iron posts 2.50m high 50x50x5mm and welding of wire mash of Interlink chain with in all leads and lifts.

P/F & welding of wire mesh of interlink chain of size 150x150x5mm and welding of wire 150x150mm of 4mm thick with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. Providing fixing & welding of MS Flat 50 x5 mm with in all leads and lifts .

Painting Two coats (excluding priming coat) on decorated wall surface with anamel paint weather proof for exterior surface to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with

Providing and fixing MS Grill Gate with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1.5 : 3 ( One cement : one & half sand: three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation ,footing bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Lintle beams girders brassumers and cantilever up to any lintle beam etc.

Providing mild / tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.
