Painting two coats with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : acrylic emulsion paint interior grade of Ist quality approved brand and acture(Asian/Berger/Shalimar-high glossy), including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade on previously painted inside wall surfce of LH tower, scrapping, sand papering, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc., and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

French spirit polishing two or more coats with Ist quality of approved brand and manufacture(Asian/Berger/Shalimar-high glossy), on previously polished wodden surface including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour after preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc., and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants r and all other charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with synthetic enemal paint of Ist quality approved brand and manufacture(Asian/Berger/Shalimar-high glossy), on previously painted metal surfaces over a coat of metal primer (zinc chromate) wherever necessary including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour after preparing the surface smooth and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying brick tiles over existing roof, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10 and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants r and all other charges etc., complete.

Construction of circular brick masonry flag mast as per drawing with excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, 10 sqm on plan), lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. in Hard rock (blasting prohibited) and providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement with 20 mm thick. Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants r and all other charges etc., complete.

Replacement damaged roofing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Replacement glass panes in door &window and refixing existing wooden fillets in position of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm) and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc., and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying Anti skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more10 mm thickness, of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades on existing IPS flooring after chipping the surface and prepar the surface good for laying tiles, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Cracks repair on wall surfaces, routed out/making V-shape groove size 25x25mm and then filled the area with 1:3 CM (1, cement, 3 fine sand) and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface and finished with appying wall putty over repair area and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze of approved Ist quality to windows, clerestory windows etc., with wooden frame after removing old detoriorated un serviceable fly proof, fixed in position and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction withcframe of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneeringccwith vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws fixed in position and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring and vertical part of base of tower in required design and patterns of approved Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.v in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Replacement of doors & window fittings & fixtures, fixed in position after removing old fittins & fixtures in existing wooden door & windows, and as directed including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.
