Removing the existing roof treatment of any description completely and remove all the debris old water tanks from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 using (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding and benching & filletting with IWPC (IWPC measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer 10 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC (WPC measured separately) as in roof slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified with non woven polyester matt black finished over compatiable primer at 0.3 litre per sqm, torching the membrane on whole surface uniformly while unrolling the membrane by LPG and sealed with trowel after necessary preparation of surface complete all as per manufactures instructions and finally finished with at coat of bitumastic aluminium paint over the membrane. The over lap joint shall be provided of 100mm in longitudinal direction and 150mm in tranverse direction respectively. All the angles, abutments and the drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorized applicators of manufacturers.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforaced of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filling polymer modified non shrinking slurry for sunken floors for toilets by drilling holes 60mm by 20mm dia at 1 mtr interval and applying slurry all as per technical specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces iincluding finishes even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filling polymer modified non shrinking slurry for sunken floors for toilets by drilling holes at 1M interval to a depth of 60 mmx20mm dia and applying 2 mm thick brush bond over the concrete surfaceby mixing acrylic emulsion NITO BOND BB 4 Ltr with brush bond powder 23 kgs and water 4 ltr slurry all as per technical specification and as required complete work up to work including testing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) using (40mm graded stone aggregate) type D2 as in foundations, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate)mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured separately.

Dismantling of AC sheets / Galvalume sheet / GI Sheet of corrugated or semicorrugated sheets in roof coverings etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern and conforming to IS-15658:2006. as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra and complete all as specified and directed.
