Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of material within 50 m lead.

Earthwork in excavation in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all type of conglamerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock, fissures/shattered, decomposed rock, and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convient or permitted, inclusive of chiselling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. includin pumping or bailing out water, including setting out construction of shoring and strutting, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides of bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc. backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated stuff in specified areas with all leads and lifts etc. and as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc. all complete.

Supplying jamba wooden bally piles 150 mm mean diameter cut to length required (not exceeding 9 meters) and planted in position ready for driving: (a) Upto 2.50 metre long pile.

Driving down wooden piles of 150mm diameter either in vertical or battered work to approved lines and level through various strata including arranging all the appliances necessary for pile driving complete at site (portion in ground only to be measured) (a) Upto 2.50 metre long pile.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for (a) Foundation, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports.

Providing High yield strength steel reinforcement bar (HYSD)/TMT steel reinforcement bar from secondary producers (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: (a) All works upto plinth level.

Reinforced cement concrete work (1:11/2:3) (1 cement:11/ 2 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size)in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports and balconies upto floor five level including finishing and plastering the ceiling with C.M. (1:3) (1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Laterite boulder masonry in cement concrete1:3:6 (1cement, 3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) in foundation

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Earthwork in Embankment with approved earth (Contractor earth)/moorum including spreading the earth in layers not exceeding 250mm. in depth, breaking clods, rolling each layer with half ton roller or wooden or steel hammer including filling up ground depression, dressing etc. complete with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows trusses & other frames wrought framed and fixed in positon. (d) Second class matti wood.

Painting 2 coats with oil type wood preservative of approved brand & manufacture on new work.
