Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge for all kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and for all lift.

Providing and laying Glazed Antiskid Vitrified tiles of size 600x600 mm on the floor in different sizes specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) joining the grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm. Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick- set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (volatile organic compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture including applying additional coats of whereever required, to achieve even shade and colour.Two Coats

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacturer.

Providing and fixing G.I. Union in existing G.I. pipe line, cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws, including excavation, refilling the earth or cutting of wall and making good the same complete wherever required : 25 mm nominal bore each.

Taking out old SS hanger bar. Providing and fixing decorative type white stainless steel 25mm diameter curtain rod, grade SS 304 on the wall for certain hanging. Each window must have at least two decorative SS hangers. The design of hangers and length will be chosen by EIC according to window size.

Lift and transport one Stainless steel 1000 lit capacity water tank and one 3000 lit capacity pvc water tank at a distance of approx distance 50m or more and fix the tanks on different roofs. Providing and fixing of Kitchen cabinet frame structure by 19mm thick UPVC sheets (Decor plast/Hettich) which is waterproof, termite proof, fire retardant, with SS coating brass decorative type handles(minimum nos required 28 or more), UPVC framed glass (6mm thick) door as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. SS box (basket size 20"x20," minimum 8 nos. or more), hinges, channels(minimum 16 nos.) of made Hettich. Hinges must be soft close(0 degrees to 8 degrees as per requirements), the quantity required is at least 36 nos. The contractor must construct six nos. of cabinets, sizes are 2.58x.67m, 2.41x.61m, 1.53x.35m, .89x.8m, 1.35x.75m, 1.35x.78m and each cabinet overall thickness 560mm with multi-internal divisions as per the standard size of kitchen appliances. The design and decoration is as per the existing old cabinet or as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Uprooting of existing damaged vitrified tiles from corridor, cleaning the the rubbish and transpot the same to the new colony damping ground side at a distance of 1Km.

Chipping @ 75 mm c/c, and cleaning the external surface to fix the external vitrified tiles.
