Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet/ semi corrugated 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling (AC corrugated , semi corrugated/ PPGI sheets in roof coverings), complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM (bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thk PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic glossy finish tiles coloured in vertical surface 600X1200 in any pattern of light & dark/ highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.
