Loading, Carriage and unloading of S.T. Pole from store to site of work as and when required or back to store from site including old & used pole.
Erection of Single S.T. Pole including all fittings.
Erection of double pole structure including fixing of top channel, fuse set on fuse set channel etc. as per standard specifications.
Painting of Steel Tubular Poles after rubbing, cleaning with emery paper and coating one coat of redoxide on full length of pole and then two coat of Aluminium paint upto X-arm from top including cost of paint and redoxide paint used should be ISI mark Ist class enamel paint.
Making plinth of single pole of 400 mm dia, 600 mm height (200mm underground) with C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 of cements, stone ballast and coarse sand including cost of cement, stone & sand etc.
Grouting of pole with cement brick ballast and coarse sand as per standard specifications.
Earthing of support by sagging of M.S. earthing rod 20mm and connecting with earth wire and related work.
Fabrication/modifications of M.S. Items as per requirement of site conditions.
Laying, stringing, tensioning and binding of ACSR Dog conductor for H.T. O.H. line.
Loading, Carriage and unloading of ACSR Panther/Dog conductor from store to work site or vice versa
Opening of 33 KV O/H or U/G line jumpers for erection work.
Making of 33 KV O/H or U/G line jumpers for erection work.
Fixing of danger board on erected poles

Erection of cross bacing of M.S. Angle 65x65x6 on erected double pole/four pole.
Chopping of tree branches lying in the route of existing line touching the tree branches to the phase line conductor making fault to the feeder, for 3” to 18” dia or as per requirement of site.
Excavation of ST pole (Old & Used) from ground by digging the pit or by cutting with gas cutter and its proper stacking.
Excavation of earth for exposing of damaged portion of the pole and preparation of surface and proper alignment.
Providing and welding of M.S. Pipe two Piece around the polr 6 mm thick or angle size 65x65x6 mm 3 Pices upto length of 1200 mm for over lapping over damaged portion of S.T. Pole.
Dismantaling of binding wire from insulators and loosening of the ACSR mixed conductor on each pole then lowering down the ACSR mixed conductor & rolling into bundles.
Dismantling of M.S. Channel/M.S. Angle/ V-Type Cross Arm.
Re-sagging of conductor of single circuit, on old line after erection of pole, binding of conductor etc.
Construction of 1.5 mtr deep and 1.025 mtr wide RCC trench by excavation of soil with PCC bed of 4 cm guage down graded stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion(8:4:1) in foundation and under floors of 75 mm thick RCC bed and 200 mm thick RCC walls ( M-20 Grade) with min. 10mm TMT bars or above as per site requirement for laying of 4 no 3Cx300 sq mm 33 kV XLPE cable in each trench with provision of MS Angle (65x65x6 mm) on all side edges of each trench including supply of all material, labour, shuttering. T&P etc for proper completion of work in a marshy area with frequent water logging issues while ensuring that above construction work must restrict the drainage water inside the trench with provision of slope for any rain water enetring the trench. Contractor may be required to construct box culverts as per the site-plan of AAI and Nagar Nigam and directions of supervising engineers at cost included in this BoQ item only for which NO separate amount be paid.
Construction of 65 mm thick RCC trench cover with provision of MS Angle (65x65x6 mm) on all side edges of each trench (875x500x75mm) with CC 1:1.5:3 in cement coarse sand,12 mm down graded stone ballast with smooth finishing on both sides matching with floor colour including all labour, material and T&P charges including carriage and placement on trench
Local fine sand of 1.25 F.M. filling in trench including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a river/canal nearest to the work site including watering, ramming and dressing
Supply and Fixing concrete Stone Route marker of 300 mm width x 150 mm thick x 650 mm height embedded in earth at least 300 mm below and 350 mm above ground level at every 100 m along the length of the cable with RCC concreting as per standard specification.
Carriage of all concerning stock material except mentioned in items from Kesco. Store to site or vice-versa.
Connecting of newly erected network with Kesco mains including testing, commissioning and energization of the same completely.
