S & F in replacement single phase electrically actuated ductile iron butterfly valve suitable with nominal dia 150mm PN-16, suitable for potable water application, 230 V AC/24 V DC, alongwith starter/control panel, positioner transmitter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair / servicing of brush cutter petrol type, 4 stroke Make: Honda Model No: UMK 435T after dismantling all parts and replacement of unserviceable minor parts such as bearing and bushing, piston, pinions, valves, belts, lubricants and major parts complete to make it fully functional complete all as required by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Quoted rates shall be includes cost of minor parts. 2. Major spare parts shall be measured separately as supply only here in after.

Taking out sluice valve and opening up of leaking sluice valve of size 80mm bore refacing, regrinding and refixing after repacking of stuffing box and including replacement of SS spindle, gland packing, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully exisiting Pressure pump of 1 HP capacity, 50 Hz, 230 V AC, Single phase with Pressure setting from 2 Bar-5 Bar, along with 19 Ltr Pneumatic pressure tank and shifting motor-pump set to workshop for repair/servicing comprising strip opening of pumps/motor, replacement of defective parts carrying out necessary lathe work, re-assembling motor-pump set and shifting from work shop to site for and including re-installation with necessary bolts, nuts & washers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items here-in-after as supply only.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including disposal of unserviceable material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for packing of pump sets foundations /to support the pipe line etc, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, piller etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for injection pressure grouting in weak areas in internal floor /walls of over head tank/reservoir at any height by drilling 12 mm dia grout holes to 70 % depth inclined at an angle, fixing non ferrous metallic nozzle (having suitable locking arrangement) with approved instant setting compound, injecting the slurry of water and cement admixture with plasticised grout admixture at 140 psi as specified till rejection of the material using a grout pump having suitable gauge for indicating pressure sealing of top 25 to 50 mm of the grout hole with instant setting compound as recommended and and cutting the projected portion of nozzle in level with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed . The spacing between two grout holes shall not be more than 100 cm c/c. Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of
