HAT STAND WITH MIRROR (DRG NO FD-233/362)

M&L for removing old/unserviceable Back ply of Hat Stands with Mirror and S&F new back ply with 6mm thick commercial ply complete all as shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for removing broken looking mirror of Hat Stand with Mirror and S&F new looking mirror of size 440x300mm and 5mm thick with 20x50mm wooden frame complete all as shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for removing of old/unserviceable Veneer of Hat Stand with Mirror and S&F new 4mm thick teak veneer ply complete all as shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for removing of old/unserviceable frame beading of Hat Stand with Mirror and S&F new Frame beading alround made out of 1st class hard wood of 6x35mm size complete all as shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fix copper oxidised steel Pegs for Hat Stand with mirror complete all as shown in drg and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces by cleaning with emery paper to obtain clean surface and using putty where ever required and polishing two coat of french polish to bed hard complete all as directed by Engr -in-charge.

REPAIR TO BED HARD STEEL (MAP) (DRG NO FD/E6/ MAP/8( R))

M&L for removal of u/s ply wood of bed in any position, S&F new ply wood 12 mm thick, BWR grade, ISI marked including fixing in position with suitable size screws & cup washers, complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for refixing of complete loose bed with welding wherever required on joints, change of old nut bolts wherever required and touching up on welding points of same colour shade and any type of work as per ground requirement for tightning of Bed Hard steel complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for removal of u/s prelaminate particle board of bed in any position Head rest/Foot rest, S&F new Pre laminate particle board 18 mm thick, exterior grade, ISI marked including fixing in position as shown on drg / same as on ground with suitable size screws & cup washers, complete all as specificed and directed.

S&F in repairs hard PVC rubber shoe all as specified in drawing and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
