Construction of Shed for Installation of Gas Chromatograph at GBS Premises of AGBP

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc.as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). (a) In prop 1 cement:3 sand: 6 coarse aggregrate by volume.

Steel work welded in built up sections, framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixiing in positions and applying priming coat of red-lead paint including drilling holes, supplying, fitting and fixing with bolts and nuts or welding, if necessary as directed. (a) In beams and joists with connecting plates / angle cleats.

Providing, fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses fabricated using any one or Combination of following sections of (i) Square section (ii) Rectangular Hollow section of specification SHS/RHS and including purlins, bottom runners and providing M.S. cleat, M.S. angle base plank, bolts and nuts with red oxide primer including fitting bottom runner and cleat etc. for fixing ceiling joist as per design complete as directed as per specifications.(b) Using other ISI marked approved brand tube.

Providing Corrugated galvanised iron sheet roofing of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including fitting and fixing necessary galvanised J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen washer 25 mm dia x 3 mm thick and 1.6 mm thick limpet washer complete excluding the cost of roof truss, purlin etc. (Roof trusses and purlin etc. to be measured and paid separately). (a) 0.45mm thick

Providing Galvd.iron riding of TATA SHAKTEE/SAIL including supplying and fixing necessary galvd Screws/washer etc. complete as directed. (a) 0.45 mm thick (i) 150 mm lapping.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. angles, M.S. flat, M.S. bolts and nuts including painting with red lead paint one coat complete as directed.( a) M.S. bolts & nuts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint / Berger paint / ICI paint / J & N paint / Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. i)Surface over 100mm in width or girth a)General purpose (Asian paint / Berger paint / ICI paint / J&N paint / Nerolac)

Providing, fitting and fixing anodised aluminium framed glazed doors with partition walls partly glass and partly prelaminated board with anodised aluminium frame made of 100 mm x43 mm x 2 mm sections of approved brand (HINDALCO/NALCO/BALCO/JINDAL/Other equivalent primary producer) with door style of size 81mm x 43 mmx 2mm, top rails 46 mm x43 mm x2mm lock rails 81 mm x 43 mm x 2mm fitting with glazing clip, special rubber type gasket complete including hydraulic floor spring pivot aluminium door handle lock angles cleat etc. complete as directed by the department at all levels. (ii) 6mm clear glass.

Providing barge board of size 200 mm x 20mm with 1st class local Hollock / Bonsum timber including fitting and fixing with necessary wood screws etc. complete.

Applying priming coat over new wood based surfaces over 100 mm in girth/ width after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. a) With ready mixed paint, wood primer (Pink/white)

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint / Berger paint / ICI paint / J&N paint / Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. i)Surface over 100 mm in width or girth. a)with general purpose(Asian paint / Berger paint / ICI paint / J&N paint / Nerolac)
