Notes : (i) The work consists of 02 jobs as under:- JOB (A) : SO(K)/02/2024-25/LBW JOB (B) : SO(K)/03/2024-25/LBW (ii) Please refer schedule 'A' notes before quoting the tender. (iii) Amount of Schedule of Credit shall be deducted off line by the department. (a) Tenderer shall employ skilled manpower who has experience in the field. The tenderer shall furnish the following:- (i) Manufacturers test certificate with name of manufacturer and details of original product. (ii) Test certificates from any approved laboratory as directed by GE. The testing charges shall be borne by the tenderer. (b)Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all material, labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto 20m to 25m height. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts, ropes, helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working at any height of the building shall be mandatory and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates. M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on internal surface of brick wall or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and M&L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on walls over a coat of chalk whiting primer.

ITEMS FOR JOB 'A'

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ Serial item No 2.01 above but exc 1.50 Sqm n.exc 4 Sqm.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado, and pillar etc., laid over and incl 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pinted with cement and pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDMrubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, star lock, rubber beading all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium anodised grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) of approved design/pattern(DG 104), with approved standard section and fixed to existing window frame with CP brass/stainles steel screw @ 200mm c/c, incl cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised alu standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of EIC.

M&L for silicon gun paste around windows of area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and any height of the building by using scaffolding/security equipment etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for silicon gun paste around windows of area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4sqm each and any height of the building by using scaffolding/security equipment etc. complete all as specified and directed

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aparture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing complete in square nexc 0.50sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing complete in square exc 0.50sqm each complete all as specified.

S&F 4mm thick frosted glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty of any size pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on external surface of brick wall or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new surfaces of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clan water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by chemistic or equivalent crack seal caulking compound & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of chemistic prime M Seal (water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of chemistik PDS-50 (WB high build anti caronatin coating cum waterproofing) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium curtain rod with fixing brackets fixed with steel screws & PVC rawl plugs/ grips as required complete all as specified and directed.

ITEMS FOR JOB 'B'

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors by picking, sweaping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Coloured Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20mm thick screed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening complete all as specified and as directed.
