CIVIL & FURNITURE DISMANTLING WORKS Notes: The rate for all demolishing/ dismantling & removal to include lead & lift, carting and disposing of the debris outside the site at approved Municipal Dumping grounds As per Project Manager's instruction. Necessary propping, shoring and / or underpinning shall be provided for the safety of the adjoining work or property, which is to be left in tact, before dismantling and demolishing is taken up and the work shall be carried out in such a way that no damage is caused to the adjoining work or property.

While dismantaling of plumbing & sanitary fittings & pipe line , incase of any builder related connection / fixture gets affected, the same will be replaced by the Contractor free of cost . Should the Contractor be responsible for any damage caused to the property / landlord area during the execution period, repairing / replacement of the same shall be taken up by the Contractor free of cost. Contractor to visit the site to understand the scope or dismantling/ removal works & then quote accordingly

DISMANTLING OF EXISTING BLOCK MASONRY Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

REMOVAL OF GLASS/ STILED/ FLUSH DOORS Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead

DISMANTLING OF FALSE CEILING (GYPSUM/ GRID CEILING) Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer in-charge.

DISMANTLING OF EXISTING FLOORING Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm

SCREED CHIPPING FOR HARD FLOOR AREA Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 50m average thickness

DISMANTLING OF EXISTING PANTRY COUNTER WITH STORAGES Dismantling of existing Repro Counter with Storages including stacking of serviceable materials and removing disposal of unserviceable materials (removal of debris) from the site and dumping in the debris yard or other location (Disposal of debris from site by trucks including shifting to ground floor, loading, unloading and lead) as per direction by Client or as per the instructions of the Project manager. The rate shall also include providing of necessary scaffolding and protection sheets to cover the exsting work area & should include safety precaution/measures taken to other Lighting /AC/ or any other related fixtures while carrying out the activites. Complete with all respect as per Architect Instructions.
