REPAIR/MAINT TO SHOULDERS OF RUNWAY, ADJACENT AREAS AND REPAIR TO RUNWAY LIGHTING WITH CONNECTED WORKS IN AIRFIELD AT TECH AREA, AF STN GWALIOR

M&L for scrapping of existing water base paint/ reflective paint on rigid/flexible pavement of runway by manually with wire brush, steel scraper or mechanically and brooming down the surface including removal of debris outside the runway etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for two coat of water base paint for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on bituminous/concrete surfaces exceeding 10cm width with Machine (Air/ Airless spray applications). Colour of Water base paint will be white, yellow, black & red as per the requirement in Air field complete all as specified and directed . Paint shall be conforming to IS-164 of Berger "Guideline RM 164" , Asian paints "Apcotrak IS" or equivalent as approved by GE. Specification of the machine is as under :- Graco line lazer 5900 with 2 guns, Graco line lazer 200HS, Wagner company or equivalent with same specifications.

All as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but, two coats of water base paint complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but, including Black Border complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no 2.00 here-in-before but two coat of retro reflective paint to obtain WFT 300 microns including drop on glass beads @ 350 grams per Sqm (TTB 1325 type III and having refractive index 1.9) . Paint shall be of Berger "Guideline Airfield WBR paint/Sigmark WB Airfield Paint" , Asian paints "Apcotrak WBR" or equivalent as approved by GE.

All as per item No 5.00 here-in-before but, including Black Border complete all as specified and directed

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on brick/stone/concrete/AC sheet/ plastered/ wooden surface etc of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old /previously treated surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7.00 here-in-before but on steel or iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning down the old treated surface of under/over shoot area of runway to remove dust, dirt by wire brushes and brooming down the surface, cleaning with water and applying evenly 02 (two) coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old existing concrete floor surface of any description and in any position by brooming down/wire brushing & finally cleaning with compressor and to make the surface dust free and providing 5mm thick antistatic EPU flooring including prime coat, screed coat, conductive coat, self leveling top coat including removing old sealant cleaning and filling existing joints all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for preparation surface of epoxy flooring and painting with three coats of polyurethane based paint over a coat of primer to lines , dashes , arrows , letters etc of colour as approved by Airforce authorities and GE complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for desilting/removing of earth deposits from the drains/nallahas / trenches etc of any description & in any position, getting out and disposal of earth at a distance of n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Nature of silt/earth deposits in the drains/nallahas is soft/ loose and sandy soil).

M&L for removing existing RCC drain cover slab of size 95x50x30 cm and refixing same in the existing position mechanically with Crane/JCB using suitable harness before/after cleaning the drain around runway. Note :Cleaning items of the drain should be paid seperately and any damage occured to RCC drain or drain cover during removing or refixing of cover slab shall be repaired by contractor on his own cost as directed by Engr-in-charge

M& L for clearing and cleaning of sides/bottom of the existing drains/nallahas and berms of drains, roads/path etc of any description and in any position, by cutting all bushes, shrubs, sarkandas and any other types of vegetations and trees girth upto 30 cm and trimming the earth surface to make good side cuts/surface soil depression , removing and disposal of the waste retrieved from site clearance to make free and smooth flow of water and to get a uniform slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of grass, bushes, shrubs etc around signage/DTGM boards/Controller huts etc around runway mechanically by petrol driven brush cutter upto ground level and making the area neat and clean by removing/throwing the rubbish to a distance not less than 500 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. Make of machine : KishanKraft KK-BC-8640 or equivalent as approved by GE
