Following works will be carried out for the diversion of 220 KV S/C Sahupuri-Karamnasa (new) line due to infringement in proposed Rail fly over (DFCC)

Check survey and final peg marking for 220 KV S/C Sahupuri-Karamnasa (new) S/C Line.

Detail survey including prepration of schedule of material, marking of location, survey of line with co-ordinates of each tower

Soil Testing

Cost of excavation of 220 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work , back filling and leveling etc.

Setting of stub including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting and excavation.

Cost of concreting work in 1:2:4 ratio of cement, sand and agreegate for all type of 220 KV D/C towers including cost of all material ,dewatering shoring and shuttering, curing etc.

Cost of rainforcement of steel bar in R.C.C Foundation including cutting and bedding etc.

Erection of super structure of 220 KV D/C type tower including all work above ground level , fitting of danger plate, number plate, phase plate, bird guard etc. including shifting of tower parts and accessories from store to site.

Laying stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc of 3 Phase ACSR Zebra conductor. Including hoisting of insulators , fittings of all necessary hardwares and all accessories on all three phases of 220 KV SC Line including shifting of all these materials from store to site.

Laying stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc one earth wire including fitting of all accessories and shifting of these materials from store to site.

Grounding work including earthwork etc for Pipe type grounding including cost of coke & salt. The work also includes carriage of material from the store to the site.

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground levvel whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200 seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10mm/12mm electrode & application of Zinc rich Aluminium paint of the affected surface including cost of all material including tack welding of river crossing tower & Anchor towers.

De-stringing of 1 No. earth wire safely from tower No- 78 (A+0) to proposed tower No- 83 (DD+0) Rerolling of earthwire on empty drum and carriage of material return to department.

Destringing of ACSR Zebra/Deer conductor of all the 3 phases safely from tower No- 78 (A+0) to proposed tower No- 83 (DD+0) this work includes taking out suspension/tension fitting, disc insulator from tower, opening of PA rod etc and carriage of material return to department.

Dismantling of existing tower No- 81,82,83 & 84 all A+0 type tower from peak to stub level and proper stacking of dismantled tower part at working site and carriage of material return to department.

Carriage of dismatalled tower material, old conductor, nut & bolt, fittings & hardware, insulators etc from site to store at Sahupuri or other S/S under ETD-III, Sahupuri by private vehicle including its loading and unloading at respective places. Distance approx 15 KM.

Breaking of chimney of all the four legs of existing tower No- 81,82,83 & 84 with the help of electric drill machie 2 mtr. below the ground level, then cutting of existing stub and back filling of earth.

Dismantling of existing tower No- 79,80,81 & 82 all DA+0 type tower from peak to stub level and proper stacking of dismantled tower part at working site and carriage of material return to department.

Carriage of dismatalled tower material, old conductor, nut & bolt, fittings & hardware, insulators etc from site to store at Chandauli or other S/S under ETD-III, Sahupuri by private vehicle including its loading and unloading at respective places. Distance approx 30 KM.

Breaking of chimney of all the four legs of existing tower No- 8,9,10,15 & 16 with the help of electric drill machine 1 mtr. below the ground level, then cutting of existing stub and back filling of earth.

Erection work for construction of 220 KV Sahupuri-Obra D/C line for DFCC Under ETD-III, Sahupuri

Details survey of following line due to infrengement in aligment of proposed DFCCIL DDU-VYAS Rail Fly over .This work includes route alingement of proposed, preparation of profile, tower schedule, schedule of materials, marking of location (Route length), GPS survey of line, with co-ordinates of each tower (length of the line shall be authenticated by GPS Survey). All NOCs (Safety, NHAI, Railway etc.) required for erection/charging of the line has to obtain by the contractor and all ROW has to solve by the contractor including collecting of forms, completion of all required documuntations, submission in triplicate to respective offices including clearance from revenue department/Safety Department has to be done by the firm.
