Fully comprehensive annual maintenance from the OEM or authorized service dealer of OEM intended to provide service including consists of following equipment:- (a) Washing extractor 60 Kg- 03 Nos (b)Drying Tumbler Machine 60 Kg-02 Nos (c) Sluicing Machine 30 Kg- 01 No (d) Hydro Extractor Machine 25 Kg -01 Nos (e) Flat work Ironer 600mmx300xx-01 No (f) Auto calving machine stem operated of capacity 30 Kg (g) Dry cleaning machine of capacity 15 Kg (h) Flat bed press steam heated of size 1500mmx 750mm- 02 Nos (i) Vacuum operated vacuum finishing rectangular table alongwith automatic hand iron-01 (j) water softener ion exchanger type capacity 24 hours continues at the 220 PPM hardness-01 No (k) Diesel fire steam boiler 750 kg stem output with all accessories. NOTES FOR ITEM NOS 1.00:- (a) The scope of works includes the following and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included in this provision. (i) Periodic maintenance as per OEM (2 Major visits + 4 Inspections) shall be done during contract period. (ii) Rate quoted shall be included of all the spares required to be provided/replaced for maintenance. (iii) Contractor shall be available on call from (9 am to 9 pm) and shall be attended and required spares shall be replaced free of cost. (iv) Repairs or replacement of all parts which have become unusual through wear & tear (e.g Brake set, indicated light push botton, Actuator limit switch, rubber bush, Springs, Main Bearing for Motor, Main Contractor, Brake Contractor, TDR, Timer 220V, Brake, Transformer 440V/52V AC, Door gasket, Angle Valve, 25mm House pipe, Drain 76mm, PRESSURE Switch, SS Casting, Ball Valve, Temperature Meter 72x72 or connected) also be provided and deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
