Fitting of cutting Edges, mounting plate and other allied maintenance works to be carried out on Snow clearance machines pertaining to snow Clearance Control room Budgam of Machinery Division Kashmir

Fitting of Cutting Edges to Snow Plough of Snow Clearance machines and Tractors. The job includes demounting and removal of old, worn-out cutting edges, followed by alignment of the blade to ensure proper fitting of new cutting edge plates. The new cutting edges shall be cut to the exact size and aligned accurately with the blade. Holes shall then be drilled as required at proper places , and the cutting edges shall be fitted securely using nuts and bolts. A total of 18 numbers of nuts and bolts shall be fixed on both plates as per requirement.The material i.e cutting edges and nuts and bolts shall be provided by the department. All the tools/tackles/carriage/labour etc required for the job shall be provided by firm. The old material retrieved shall be returned to the sub-division by the contracting agency.

Dismounting of old damaged mounting plate , H-Frame , V-Fixed blade , Hydraulic Jack along with hydraulic circuitory etc. from Snow Cat by expert technician at site. Fabrication & fitting of new H-frame to Snow Cats by way of cutting , grinding , proper welding , fixing in position The said part is to be fabricated out of ISMC 150* and MS Flat (10mm thick) as per specifications , All the tools/tackles/carriage/labour etc required for the job shall be provided by firm.

Repairs to hydraulic hose (min 4500 psi) 16 ft length and 1/2" Dia. The hoses should be crimp fitted with suitable adaptors on both ends as per sample provided.

Providing and fitting of snow plough pins for snow clearance machines conforming to 40 mm diameter and 205 mm long, including hole at one end for fixing split pins, complete in all respects.
