Supply,installation ,testing and commissioning of 500 kVA transformer step down outdoor type ,11/0.433 kVA,(at no load),oil immersed conforming to IS-1180(Part-I) : 2014 Energy efficiency level -2 complete with standerd fittings copper wound 3 phase 4 wire 50 c/s oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tube ,delta connected on HT side and star connection on LT side with tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage (+ )2.5 % to ( + ) 7.5 % in steps including first filling of transformer oil as per latest IS having dielectric strength not less than 40 kV complete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) Routine test as per latest IS shall be carried out at the works.Type test including temperature rise test shall also be carried out at works site . Tests are also to be carried out in presence of company rep. All the tests whether at works/at site are to be conducted in presence of MES rep and all test certificate duly signed by all concerned to be submitted by the contractor to the dept. (ii) The contractor should carry a guarantee of 30 months from the date of despatch or 24 months from date of completion of the contract ,which ever is later. Any defect during this period will be attended in a period of three days including spares and labour without any extra cost to Govt.The item shall also include M & L for platform brick masonary for the installation of transformer of size 3000X2500X1200 mm complete with chain link fencing and gate all as shown in Drg No CEPZ/C-TD/002/13 Dated 2/5 and as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation in replacement connecting electrically & commissioning switch air break, gang operated, outdoor type, tripple pole mounted on insulators 15 Nos vertical type provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS chanel , HT post type insulator contracts of copper alloy high pressure heavy duty contract assy operating rod 25mm dia GI pipe medium grade for operating from 1.2 mtr above ground level, drop out fuse, for current rating upto 200 Amps and working voltage 11 KV incl dismentling & taking down old u/s existing GOD.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV of ratimg 200 amps Expulsion fuse single pole complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L in replacement of GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore with all fittings for cable protection fixed to walls/ poles or laid in trenches, under road/ under culvert/ under path/ under floor /on wall etc with fixing clamps, nuts bolts etc all as specified.

M & L in replacement of GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore with all fittings for cable protection fixed to walls/ poles or laid in trenches, under road/ under culvert/ under path/ under floor /on wall etc with fixing clamps, nuts bolts etc all as specified.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking down old UNSV cross arms with all accesories.

Supply and fixing for lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11KV OH line,including taking down old UNSV lightning arresters complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level )with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connecting with galvanized iron GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolt nut check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and provision of GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked)of size 15mm for protection of GI earth wire upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing)

Note:- (a) Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushioning, concrete cable covers,GI pipe protection for road crossings, HT termination joints will be measured and paid separately

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement, LT XLPE and PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified

M&L Cable jointing kit for 11000 volts grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Geyser 25 Ltrs capacity, 230 volts, vertical type with BEE 5 stars rating incl necessay drilling, provn of anchor bolts of suitable size and making electrical connections complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply ,Installation ,testing & commisioning of totally enclosed feeder pillar outdoor type (IP-65) fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type(independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs , bus bar chamber (enclosed) including locking arrangement complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC, supply internally wired with copper conductor , TPN bus bar of copper strip (4 Nos) insulated by heat shrinkable sleaves & clips on shrouds for joints busbar shall be designed to withstand a fault level at 415 Volts having legs 105cms made out of 65x65x6 mm angle iron grouted on PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) upto 45 cms , panel should be 60 cms above the Ground Level.Comprising the following : (i) The panel shall be front operated with independent side cable cabin for entry and out going from the bottom with cable glands. (ii) Fabrication of feeder pillar box to be approved by CPRI width of the panel not less than 60cms Note:- Cost of grounting of panel with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) deemed to be included in the item rate . No extra payment will be made.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule(BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
