Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning 6.00 mtr. height Hot Dip Galvanized G.I. Octagonal/ Hexagonal Poles B, having thickness of Galvanization not less than 65microns, made up from minimum 3mm thickness Sheet, Bottom dia-130mm, Top Dia-70mm with 4 nos. foundation Bolt i.e of size 20mm x 600mm with anchor plate and having base plate of suitable size & thickness of base plate should not be less than 12mm with foundation accessories i.e. 20 mm. dia . bolt x 600 mm. length of 4 Nos. with anchor plate suitable for 6.00 mtr Octagonal/Hexagonal Poles and with Single Over head G.I. Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 watt New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and Toughened glass having Bottom Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK08. Power 100 watt LED street light complete with all accessories etc. as required. (Make- Havells, Bajaj, Intelux or as approved by engineer-in-charge).

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole

Supplying & Drawing following size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in existing surface /recessed/PVC conduit as required. Size- 2 x 2.5 sqmm.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying & Laying of one number PVC insulated armoured and PVC sheathed (General purpose) multi core cable with standard Aluminum conductor suitable for working voltage upto 1.1KV confirming to IS 7098/Part/1988 with amendment uptodate as required of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. (4 x 25 sqmm) (Make- Havells/ Polycab/ National/Glouster/Grandlay or as approved by Engineer-in-charge.)

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of superior quality minimum LED flexible strip lights of minimum IP65 protection minimum lumen output 120 Lm, showing Tri-colour (National Flag) LED strip for fixing on the street light poles (above 3.5 meter of ground level and upto bracket of pole) wrapping around the pole at spacing of approx. 100 mm complete with suitable electronic driver and good quality connector, ebd cap & middle connector with the help of suitable PVC tie/clips by using necessary T&P, lift of suitable size/capacity i/c connection, testing etc. complete as required. (Note:- Minimum Warranty of 1 years for luminaries and drivers i/c cleaning of the existing poles and dressing of the cables to be done properly before fixing the LED strip.
