De-scaling of Flat type collector with suitable water softening agent or by circulating mild acidic solution through the collector pipes and drain out the scaling materials from the collector complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for tracing & identifying the leakage portin of insulated alluminium clading pipe line up to 25mm by cutting and taking out damaged portion , and arresting the leakage by threading and connecting short piece of same size and type of pipe ( Galvanised pipe or HDPE Pipe ) and insulating the same using glass wool and aluminium cladding complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 above, but, for size GI pipe 32 mm to 40mm Note :- Item No 2 & 3 The quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of necessary accessories required for completion of work.

Dismantling / taking out the solar street light fittings complete with battery with box , shifting the pole upto 100 mtr distance and refixing the pole with complete accessories taken from the pole and testingand commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Material shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule

Supply and fix gun metal gate valve 40 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends from iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PPR gate valve 25mm dia(brass inserter ) with suitable sockets for connection all as specified at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 3- layer PPR (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PPR plain & brass threaded polyproplyne random fitings fixed of size 32mm dia complete to wall,ceiling/ floor all as directed at site complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 above, but , for size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PTMT Bib Tap 15 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 Ltrs Capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and as directed at site.

Supply and fix Ball Valves high pressure of PTMT 20mm dia with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ball Valves high pressure of PTMT 25mm dia with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting and repairing of steel structures of Solar Water Heating system complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair /servicing of outdoor type LED solar street light fitting any watts removing the electrical connection and taking out the integrated driver, charge controller any Volts and Amp , operating DC voltage 12 to 24 V , complete with solar panel ,batteries , including two coats of anti corrosive aluminium paint for poles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Material shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule

Supply only for outdoor type LED solar street light fitting of 12 watts comprising of integrated driver, charge contrller 12V /5A , operating DC voltage 12V , enclosed with Aluminium die cast hsg, with IP-65 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in repairs solar MPPT charge controller 12V, 10 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in repairs solar MPPT charge controller 12/ 24V, 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 12V, 75AH ,SMF Battery complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unseerviceable flexible wire and material and labour for PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor flexible cable of size 2.5 sqmm,Two core including making connections from solar panel to battery , with suitable lugs , bolts ,nuts and to solar light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Top up the distilled water to the battery and cleaning the battery terminal applying petroleum jelly complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the solar hot water storage tank, stop the leakage of container by welding/Brassing carefully without damaging the inner parts and refixing the same after painting the existing colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixng in repair heating element suitable to existing model and make 2 KW Dual clip type/tri angle type / round type with rubber gasket suitable for solar water 100 ltr to 200 ltr LPD complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixng in repair heating element suitable to existing model and make 3 KW Dual clip type/tri angle type / round type with rubber gasket suitable for solar water 200 ltr LPD complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the unserviceable HPSV /CFL street light fitting any watts , Supply and fixing 1x60 W LED street light fitting with pressure die-cast housing with toughened glass and individual LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED solar street light fittings 12 W including galvanised steel pole inbuilt lithium ion battery ,solar panel charge controller with dusk down sensor complete. (Excavation & earthwork shall be measured seperately).

Excavating in trenches in soft/ loose soil n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables etc.getting out and forming bottom surface to required gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming to excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete(1:3:6) type B1 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, coping etc including finishing the concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing all in one integrated solar street light fittings 1 x 80 W out door type with inbuit battery 3.6V 15 AH life Po 4 and 15W/6V monocrystalinesolar panel, IP-65, water proof, automatic ON/OFF switch complete all as specified and directed. Make - Philiphs
