Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 500 metres lead:- thickness of 100 mm or maximum to maintain the proper slope in projections of apartments

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade as per site sample available, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Proper slope to be mainatined and will be checked after laying of tile. In case slope not proper contractor requires to change the tile with proper slope without any extra cost. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm or as per site requirement. Color and texture to be match with existing tile color

Labour charges for providing core cutting through existing RCC walls, beams, slabs, columns, or other structural members for laying drainage pipes of diameter varying from 100 mm and above, as required at site. The work shall be carried out using suitable core cutting machines without causing any damage to the existing structure and in accordance with relevant IS codes, specifications, and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The quoted rate shall include all labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding, safety measures, removal and disposal of debris, finishing of cut edges, and making good the disturbed surfaces complete. Any damage caused to the existing structure, reinforcement, finishes, or adjoining services during execution of the work shall be repaired and restored by the contractor at his own cost to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. No extra payment shall be made on this account.

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia PVC pipe of 6 Kg/cm² pressure class conforming to relevant IS specifications, including all necessary special fittings of composite material (engineering plastic blend and brass inserts wherever required) such as elbows, tees, reducers, couplers, connectors, P-traps, bends, offsets, cleaning eyes, and other accessories complete. The pipe shall be fixed with suitable clamps/supports at maximum 1.00 metre centre-to-centre spacing below the roof/slab or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The item includes cutting, threading (where required), jointing of pipes and fittings using approved one-step PVC solvent cement, testing of joints for leak-proof performance, making necessary connections with existing PVC/GI pipes of 63 mm, 50 mm, or any other diameter as per site requirements, including all fittings, reducers, adaptors, sockets, clamps, consumables, labour, tools, and tackles complete. The quoted rate shall also include connection of the main drainage line with distribution lines and storm water lines, cutting and making good of walls/floors wherever required, and all incidental works necessary for proper completion of the system. No extra payment shall be made for any fittings, connections, transitions, reducers, adaptors, or for connecting the main line with distribution or storm water lines. Labour charges for carefully dismantling 60 mm thick factory-made cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M-30 grade, available at site, including stacking of serviceable paver blocks, removal of damaged blocks, and re-laying the same after completion of pipeline excavation and allied works. The paver blocks shall be laid in the original colour and pattern over and including a 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand, watering, compacting, dressing, and finishing complete to the required line, level, gradient, and camber. The item includes all labour, tools and tackles, transportation within the site, preparation and compaction of sand bed, joint filling, cutting of paver blocks wherever required, and restoration of the paved surface to its original condition complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour charges for carefully dismantling, removing, stacking, and refixing existing kerb stones available at site, including excavation, handling, dressing of bed, alignment, leveling, and fixing the kerb stones in their original position or at the location specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. The item shall include all labour, tools and tackles, transportation within the site, preparation of foundation/bed, jointing, packing with sand or cement mortar (where required), making good the disturbed surface, and disposal of surplus/unserviceable material complete in all respects. Any kerb stone damaged during dismantling, handling, transportation, or refixing shall be replaced by the contractor at his own cost. The work shall be carried out to the required line, level, and gradient as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. No extra payment shall be made for excavation, stacking, re-handling, alignment, dressing of bed, or any incidental works required for satisfactory completion of the job.

Demolishing cement concrete below the paver block manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing red stone cladding upto 20 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with machine cut edges of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant and filling of back side with proper mortar as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. artes are inclusive). Texture and colour/thickness to be the same as per existing colour coding

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. andmaintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-incharge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.
